Someone, please explain to me... How does this NOT result in another civil war in this country, exactly? A "National Popular Vote Interstate Compact" is a blatant subversion of the Constitution. How does this shit happen on the watch of REPUBLICANS in these states within this bullshit "compact", unless they're making containment deals to keep the worst of the Communism Democrats will bring within the urban centers? Why were these bills NEVER put to a referendum vote?
