@O2 So why continue to market that priority customers can get tickets for London, Birmingham, Edinburgh etc? It's poor planning by yourselves

@GinsideStorry Hey Laura, we've checked in with our Priority Team and unfortunately we didn't receive an allocation of tickets for the Edinburgh venue. We only have the Manchester dates available on Priority.

1 hour & 32 minutes since tickets went on sale & @O2 priority still haven't added all the dates & venues. Am so glad they deal with mobiles & not logistics & planning 🤦‍♀️

@O2 my priority app hasn't updated to show all the venues for the release of tickets for Dita von Teese that go on sale at 10am for priority customers. Help!

@TicketmasterCS I'm only doing it on my phone with 1 web page open so the error message makes no sense. Absolutely ridiculous trying to buy these tickets, I'd have hoped O2 & ticketmaster would have had this sorted for 10am release

@LNER the service from King's Cross to Leeds is a complete shambles. People sat in seats that are reserved & refusing to move. Too many people stood so noone can get to the toilets. People with prams can't get on. Instead of overselling tickets, why not put on another coach?
