@ZARA why do you use easily damaged boxes for online orders? They are of terrible quality and open during transit frequently. Today I received a lovely damaged box with no contents inside. Over $300 worth of items stolen.

@XcelEnergyCO It would be helpful if your outage map and restoration estimates were accurate. I keep getting texts that my power is restored when it is not and my area doesn’t appear in your map. Hard to manage this situation without any accurate information from Xcel.

Wind gusts reached 90-100 mph in some areas of the Front Range yesterday evening, and as soon as it was safe, crews mobilized to assess damage, patrol lines, and inspect equipment. Restoration work has started and will be ongoing for several days as our teams battle with an additional round of severe wind tomorrow morning. We appreciate your patience and kindness to our crews as they navigate difficult conditions.

@XcelEnergyCO Worst energy company ever and I’ve lived in many places. This was a total overreaction. I have already written to my state reps. Paying through the nose for electricity and then dealing with this level of incompetence is not ok.

We have implemented a Public Safety Power Shutoff impacting about 50,000 customers in Boulder, Clear Creek, Jefferson, Larimer and Weld counties. Weather conditions are expected to improve starting around 6 p.m.

Hundreds of Xcel Energy crew members and contractors are positioned along the Front Range, ready to restore power due to the PSPS as well as any other outages caused by high winds. Crews must inspect power lines and equipment and repair damage before it can be safely re-energized.
As crews begin restoring power to those affected by today’s severe weather and PSPS event, please remember to give them the space they need to do their job safely and efficiently. You can help Xcel Energy get a jump on power restoration by reporting outages and any damage to power lines that you see.
Severe weather that may create wildfire risk and cause outages is expected again on Friday. We are evaluating the potential need for a second PSPS event impacting mountain communities and the Front Range on Friday, Dec. 19, beginning as early as 5 a.m. Friday’s storm may overlap with some communities impacted by today's severe weather, which could mean that certain areas could be without power for more than three days.

@VolvoCarUSA how do I report a defect to Volvo? The rims on my 2023 XC90 keep cracking for no apparent cause. I’ve seen other complaints online about this issue.

@gobrightspeed Do not use bright speed. All you will get are constant outages and zero customer service. Two outages in the last week. Sent a message to CS more than 6 hours ago and no response. This company is garbage.
