@POTUS @RWMaloneMD @P_McCulloughMD @AAGDhillon @SecDef @DCIARatcliffe Post 1: **August 9, 2021**: Quoted 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), emphasizing that EUA products are optional and recipients must be informed of the right to refuse, potential consequences, and alternatives. Stressed that mandates violate this law. (I stand behind that.)

This killing is more brutal than the far more famous Michael Brown shooting. The real scandal here is not just the violence, but the culture around it. In this video, you see a generation raised in moral chaos. Each one of these kids belongs to a family. What were they taught? What were they raised to believe? The crowd recording and taunting instead of intervening reveals a deeper rot. Where is the individual conscience? What we are witnessing are the internal failures that our white guilt racial order has long excused. Whites who have exploited blacks for cheap moral virtue all these years will never look this problem in the eye. They don’t want to see the horror they contributed to.

A 15-year-old kid was beaten and shot to death at a Southeast Queens playground yesterday. And somehow this isn’t the top story. Credit to AG Letitia James & BP Richards for speaking up. Where is everyone else, including @NYCMayor Mamdani? Outrage shouldn’t depend on zip code. Every child deserves protection. Call NYPD at 800-577-TIPS if you know anything.

decoherence media (that's who just doxxed mutant) are listed as a tax-exempt "miscellaneous arts and culture" nonprofit. since they only started last year, they haven't filed a 990 yet, making it impossible to see who's funding them why is funding doxxing efforts tax-deductible?

I once had to take a day off and literally stalk my employees on shift via the cameras because the two girls got together and accused the sole guy, a middle aged brain cancer survivor, of being sexually inappropriate and aggressive. I found out that he was the only one doing work while they gossiped.

The "idea vaccines cause autism" was not "invented by Andrew Wakefield in 1998." In 1986, over a decade prior, due to widespread parental claims that pertussis vaccine (injected 3x in the first 6 months of life) caused their child’s autism, Congress required HHS (as part of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986) to review the extent of the relationship between pertussis-containing vaccines and autism. In fact, autism was one of only 11 conditions it asked HHS to review. See the original text from the 1986 Act below.* Btw, more recently, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) could only identify one study that assessed whether pertussis-containing vaccines are related to autism, and that study found there was a relationship, but the IOM threw out the study because it "lacked an unvaccinated comparison population."** *govinfo.gov/content/pkg/ST… at p. 37 **#545" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">nationalacademies.org/read/13164/cha…

The idea vaccines cause autism was invented by Andrew Wakefield in 1998 and was so thoroughly debunked he lost his license for gross malpractice And here we are 27 years later RFK Jr and his fans dredging up the same nonsense Such a tiresome waste of time

It’s simple. STOP letting your team hijack another creator’s content to monetize it on your behalf @bennyjohnson with no credit. A lot of hard work and $$$ goes into producing our investigations and reports. Two hours after your post and being called out, your team replies “great interview,” but we all know the damage is done. I don’t usually speak out so publicly, but I can’t stand by while independent journalists and creators, like my team, suffer because some accounts wont show common courtesy and respect. BTW A quote tweet is less work. Creators should support each other. Cc: @nikitabier

Why does it turn out that almost everything the state defines as "disinformation" is usually true and provable by science or even by statistic provided by that very same state?
Sadiq Khan@SadiqKhan

Freedom of speech is sacrosanct to our democracy. But disinformation is different. It’s bad-faith actors, often based overseas, who are monetising lies and hatred for their own political or financial gain. It’s the opposite of our democratic values.

Wow. Ciaramella used the old form, the one that did not allow hearsay. That means the entire impeachment was void ab initio, meaning it was legally dead on arrival. The fact that Atkinson then secretly changed the form and backdated it makes it all exponentially worse.
Hans Mahncke tweet media
Stephen McIntyre@ClimateAudit

Back in 2019, we knew that Atkinson had changed the form, but we didn't KNOW whether Ciaramella had used the new form or the old form. It turns out that he had used the old form - the form which required first hand knowledge. The copy of Ciaramella form made public excluded the first two instruction pages in which the firsthand requirement was stated. While Atkinson subsequently changed the form, it was the earlier form that was submitted (sans the two instruction pages.) Atkinson's position was that Ciaramella had first hand knowledge of some things. However, the things that he had first hand knowledge of do not appear to have been especially relevant. Atkinson cited Grassley as authority that secondhand information should be permitted for a whistleblower report. But Atkinson glossed over difference between a non-urgent concern and an urgent concern. This doesn't seem to have been focussed on in discussion. The requirement for firsthand knowledge was reasonable enough for an "urgent" concern. Another point that hasn't been discussed much. In the Solomon articles in March-April 2019 which led into these discussions, there was discussion of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election. Trump's contiguous discussion of the CrowdStrike server supports the possibility that Trump was seeking investigation of 2016 election interference - an entirely proper request - as opposed to anticipatory interference in the 2020 election. One of the major misunderstandings of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 is that the interference was initiated by Biden cadres (especially at the Jan 2016 meeting with Ukrainiain prosecutors and Biden cadres while Biden was a leading candidate for nomination) and resulted in the Black Ledger operation that decapitated Paul Manafort as campaign chair in August 2016. The role of Biden cadres in this interference has been clouded by incorrect pointing at Clinton campaign. There was obviously no way that any of Ciaramella, Wilde or Atkinson could have reasonably been sure that the issues raised by Trump weren't related to past 2016 events, as opposed to still distant 2020 events where Biden's nomination was far from guaranteed. The issue of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election surfaced from time to time in the 2019 impeachment hearings, but was ridiculed and shouted down by State Department officials. None of the Republicans or their staff appear to have been well enough informed to focus on the valid issues.

US Oil & Gas Association
Good evening from the Coconut Tree @KamalaHarris Ma’am, (can we call you Ma'am?) we’ll keep this factual and review your actual record, not your reboot. As a U.S. Senator (2017-2021), you were an original cosponsor of the Green New Deal resolution (S.Res. 59). It directed the US to “divest from fossil fuels,” phase out oil, gas, and coal production and remake the entire economy around subsidized green mandates. Your 2020 campaign was shorter than a Garden Gnome but managed to work in these gems: You told the CNN town hall: “There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.” On Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show: “We will end fracking once and for all” while committing to the Green New Deal. Your $10 trillion climate plan called for no new fossil fuel leases on federal lands, phasing out all oil & gas (even if renewables weren’t ready), a carbon fee, and doubling U.S. payments to the UN Green Climate Fund. Before that, as California Attorney General (2011-2017), you built a reputation suing our industry. The lawfare you pursued laid the foundation for the collapse of the California refining industry we are witnessing right now You even sued the Obama-Biden administration to block new offshore permits off California’s coast. Remember 2022? As VP, national gas prices hit $5+/gallon (over $6 in parts of CA). You told Americans those record prices were “a price to pay for democracy” for Ukraine. But apparently the freedom of millions of Irainian citizens are not worth $3.97 a gallon now? That seems - I don't know - selective? Bottom line. California still pays the nation’s highest gas prices — thanks to the taxes, mandates, and anti-production policies you championed for years. Flying cross country (made possible by jet fuel) to North Carolina to make a video isn't going to change that. And those are the facts - unburdened by what has been.
Kamala Harris@KamalaHarris

Here in North Carolina and around the country, gas prices are too high. This is a direct result of Donald Trump's war of choice in Iran, and the American people are paying the price.
