@RailMinIndia @NWRailways @IRCTCofficial Train 22996, in S5 coach, in one of the toilets water is not available. Due to that it's smelling too bad. The whole coach is stinking very badly. The pungent smell is giving headache to people. (I'm on seat 64). Take action ASAP please.

It is very disappointing to see that there's no fog condition but still the train is delayed by more than 6 hours. First, we got a seat in RAC. Then the attendant provided pillow-bedding only for one person. Then the train is delayed by such long hours.
