@MBonvoyAssist Thanks, I’ve just spoken to the hotel and they are happy to waive off the penalty of the cancellation and have an email to confirm this but @Expedia are resisting. @Expedia why are you keeping my money when Sheraton have confirmed for a cancellation?? #disgrace

@Expedia @ExpediaHelp I need an urgent resolution for Case #150503075. The hotel (Amanek Shinjuku) already AUTHORIZED a full refund due to Force Majeure (Dubai floods). I’ve sent all proof days ago but still no refund. @Emirates already did their part. Don't hold my money!

@qatarairways @qatarairways @qrsupport could you please update @Expedia because they said they cannot refund me as their end is NOT updated. Please update them. They also asked for cancellation email. It sounds like the refund process is more troublesome than I thought.

Stuck in Thailand because Etihad moved a flight we booked months ago to an overbooked flight and then cancelled it 👍 they didn’t even notify me thru email about the cancellation, I had to harass them thru 3 different Twitter accounts to get a response.

Expedia said they will refund but gave vouchers instead. They put a refund request through after I said no to airline credit… but from what they said, the “request” is just an email to emirates

When I contacted them back saying I didn’t want airline credit they said they will need to email emirates. That was last week. Since then they keep saying I need to wait 72 hours….
