@amazonIN having a very hard time trying to have a fridge delivered to my maid's house in Delhi.. your delivery agents don't want to go into the low-income housing area where she lives .. and , when my wife asked them why, they were rude to her on the phone. is the 'amazon prime' service only for rich customers and residential areas?

I would strongly recommend ppl not to use Amazon now. I placed an order yesterday amd got completely wrong order. I returned it and now my money is also gone and order also not replaced. Support is almost non existent. So, better save your peace of mind and money. #amazonnow

@amazonIN You guys are pathetic. I raised a concern for a product which was defective and the agent confirmed the refund has been processed 10 hrs ago. Later when checked your agents transferred me 7 times and then said it was a system glitch. Amazon sucks !

アマゾンで購入した物が置き配設定に変えたはずないのに置き配になっててびっくりした。玄関が道から正面だから盗まれるの怖いし置き配にした覚えない……でも今確認できない。明日も届くものがあるんだけど仕事だし不安だなあ……。
