Thank you for your response. I have already spoken with customer service representatives, but my request was declined. The previous return pickup attempts failed through no fault of mine. I answered all calls received, and my pickup address has remained unchanged. @AmazonHelp

@AmazonHelp Order No. 404-2527640-6337115 I made 5 return pickup requests, and on every occasion no pickup agent showed up. Despite this, Amazon is refusing to help and claims that my return pickup limit has been reached.

Hey @amazon, ordered Dr. Extra Soft Care, it was delivered but didn't fit. Raised a replacement on 2nd June itself and your team did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING since then! Had to reach out to customer service myself & all they said was 'sorry, would you like a refund?

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an Order on 8 June 2026 The delivery was promised 12 June 2026 but I did not receive my actual order. Instead, on 13 June, I received a completely wrong item. After contacting customer support, I was informed that my original product will not be delivered and that I can only receive a refund. However, the refund process itself will take several more days. As a customer, I have paid and received neither the product I ordered nor an immediate refund. It feels like Amazon has been holding my money without providing the promised service.and i feel like (*I give Amazon interest free loan.*) Wrong item delivered, no replacement offered, and delayed refund. Amazonで6/2に頼んだレッドブル、届いてない事にさっき気付いた😂 履歴見てみたら10日に発送はされてた が、、、 配送状況が追えないwww 途中で中身がバラバラになったんじゃないだろうか🤣 前回届いた時ダンボールが開いてて、レッドブルのお尻が見えた状態(逆さまになった状態)だったんだよねw

アマゾンさん 置き配指定して無いのに、 置き配されました。 ついでに、まだ準備出来てないから、鍵をかける為の暗所番号の設定方法も提示してないからと、番号も押されず。 そして極め付けは、ピンポン鳴らされていません。これは、人体感知で録画されたデータです。 #アマゾン #置き配指定してない

@amazonIN You guys are pathetic. I raised a concern for a product which was defective and the agent confirmed the refund has been processed 10 hrs ago. Later when checked your agents transferred me 7 times and then said it was a system glitch. Amazon sucks !

@amazonIN no you don't . not only did your delivery agent refuse to deliver the product, he took it upon himself to cancel the order, was rude to my wife on the phone , and now your "customer care" claims they cannot help me and will proceed with cancellation despite my request to deliver and my having filed complaints and being told, just as rudely, that 'you have to wait for 24 hours' ... all this because the delivery is something for my cook .. a fridge to help her family deal with the horrible heatwave. I GUARANTEE if the same delivery had been requested for my house it would come through without a glitch or problem. I fail to understand how this is anything but discrimination .. and no. I will not come to your DM and help you hide this problem. if you are truly intent on helping customers, acknowledge the problem in the open and resolve it in the open, so the next customer feels confident in trusting you with their hard earned money. till then I am switching to @Flipkart

@amazonIN having a very hard time trying to have a fridge delivered to my maid's house in Delhi.. your delivery agents don't want to go into the low-income housing area where she lives .. and , when my wife asked them why, they were rude to her on the phone. is the 'amazon prime' service only for rich customers and residential areas?
