@amazonIN You guys are pathetic. I raised a concern for a product which was defective and the agent confirmed the refund has been processed 10 hrs ago. Later when checked your agents transferred me 7 times and then said it was a system glitch. Amazon sucks !

@AmazonHelp It was your rep who messed everything and now I have to suffer. Can you pls set an example and do an exception since it was the amazon reps fault who initially gave a confirmation on refund. If not means amazon does not follow its own guidelines even though your rep are at fault

@AmazonHelp I connected and the same thing was transferred again to a different person who repeated the same thing. Why was I told I can dispose the product and I will be refunded ? I disposed it and but no refund yet.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Even after the refund confirmation your team is saying it was a system glitch hence the refund cannot be issued. Who is at fault here ? If amazon can't honor you should not give a confirmation. I have gone through so much. If I do not get a resolution I will ensure I escalate.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Just check the number of reps who have simply transferred my chats without listening to my concern. There are many more reps who did the same thing. I was transferred 7 times in 20 mins.

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport received an email to visit branch for transferring additional balance from deaf account to savings but branch says they have no communication on this. Pls suggest what needs to be done coz there has been no use to visit branch.

@makemytripcare Is there anyway to contact your customer care rep ? I am fedup trying to contact your IVR as it always disconnects before giving any resolution. I have vouchers which are still valid but cannot be redeemed on any bookings. NEED HELP !!!

@makemytripcare MMT just fools it's customers on name of 3x refund. I made a payment of 8k in total for the tickets and what I got as refund is 585 in my account and a 6k voucher. Less then what I had paid. Even the app shows 585 refund processed whereas it should be Rs 6585

@Airtel_Presence It has been 30 mins now and no one even bothered to acknowledge the details I shared. I think disputing this with consumer forum is the only option with all msgs, screenshots and call recordings
