We all know poylester clothing SUCKS, and we should be wearing NATURAL fibres. 🌱 But you dont know where to get them from? this is ALL YOU WILL EVER NEED for clothing sources (they also are a perfect gift, so bookmark for later) 👇 • @SolBrah Sol Gym (solgym.org) • @RykerClothing GymShark Replacement (rykerclothingco.com) • @_Regenaissance (theregenaissance.co) • Paka (pakaapparel.com) • Jungmaven (Jungmaven.com) • Pact (wearpact.com) • Allwear (allwear.com) • Vince (vince.com) - andrew huberman’s iconic shirt • MATE The Label (matethelabel.com) • organicbasics (organicbasics.com) • colorfulstandard (colorfulstandard.com) But be careful, some of these includes other materials like Recycled Nylon and frame as "sustainable". Don't be tricked. You can also get clothing locally or from other sources like etsy. Just make sure they are • silk • linen • wool • organic cotton or • hemp Why? No need to write a tweet on that. @rafdelafuente has got you covered. x.com/rafdelafuente/… If you are looking for more clothing sources near you, reply or DM me and ill do some more research for your country.

Do your blue light blockers work? If they do, you should see: 🔵 NO blue in the diagram below 🟢 LITTLE TO NO green below 🔴 All the red left untouched Put yours to the test This is why the dark orange and red lensed blue light blockers are the best option They completely remove blue and green from the equation in your environment Test your yellow and clear lenses below Report back in the comment with a picture of your findings by placing the lens to the diagram like I did below By the way, the second picture displays RA optics darkest lens Third picture displays Midwest Red Light Therapy’s darkest lens RA optics are $160 minimum Midwest are $40 I’m not throwing shade at a company like RA optics. They serve a higher end market, but don’t believe that they’re higher quality from a blue blocking perspective You’re paying for a well-made brand, which is why I call them the Apple of the blue light blocker market Honestly, you can find even cheaper alternatives than Midwest as well if you don’t care about aesthetics here

@zaidkdahhaj I haven’t worn my glasses in so long that it feels weird to put them on, almost as if they are too strong for me. I still don’t have 20/20 but it feels better without them and I don’t get headaches

Many people have poor night vision due to ocular dysfunction, which is created by a lifestyle that causes chronic circadian disruption They fall hook, line, and sinker for the centralized notion that sunlight damages the ocular system, and so they religiously use sunglasses when outside, preventing themselves from gaining the ocular regeneration benefits of full spectrum sunlight They routinely live under isolated blue light, especially after sunset, without considering that this type of light destroys every aspect of eye health Darkness at night is a foreign experience for these people The old adage of “use it or lose it” is as true as it has ever been here Your ability to see in low-light environments sucks because you never train the visual system to do so The mitochondria, melanin, and non-visual photoreceptors in your eyes are bombarded with a high energy wavelength (isolated blue) that was never designed to be in our environment, especially at night If you wanted a comprehensive answer as to why ocular issues from myopia to age related macular degeneration are skyrocketing, this is it This is the natural result of taking an outdoor circadian species and placing it inside for most of its existence, while simultaneously teaching it to fear the very thing (sunlight) which allowed its development to occur in the first place

@kieralwellness My gym has this little construction area with full sun exposure. Every rest I go there and it feels so much better than being under the leds. I would pay 10x for an outdoor gym with solid equipment but there are none near me unfortunately.

I can’t even go into a mainstream gym anymore without the 10000 perfumes making me feel instantly nauseous. Don’t they know that artificial fragrance is banned in fertility clinics for a reason? We need to promptly discard modern gyms and bring back outdoor, cement-based, sunlit infrastructure (or the lack thereof).

There are so many finer details here Sunscreen blocks UV-B, responsible for D3 production, which is protective against all forms of cancer Sunbathing with direct skin in the game produces endogenous mitochondrial melatonin = anti-cancer Circadian disruption causes cancer, including all forms of skin cancer Sun-avoidance means sub-optimal D3 and melatonin, which disrupts autophagy and apoptosis - two key cancer protecting processes in the body Circadian disruption of the skin clocks leads to disruption in how the skin functions Isolated blue light and non-native EMF are real contributors to skin cancer Only the tip of the iceberg

4-months red-light therapy reverses baldpatch and hair loss from "incurable" condition. Even if you lose all your hair, you can grow it all back with the right conditions and nutrition- it's just about experimenting and finding what works for you. The solutions are out there, it's time to find them.

Australia is a bit more tricky than literally anywhere else because of the ozone thing But that doesnt mean you should avoid it, just means watch out if youre pale and out around solar noon (=go in the shade, wear clothes and hats) The absolute majority of people use suncreen all the time, especially in Australia, and it is absolutely wrong If you think you get the same from a VitD pill that you get from the sun, you are out of your fucking mind bro

An Australian government initiative wherein they create a short horror film in order to show the "danger" of the sun Who else is sick of these fearmongering rats using our tax dollars to create fear campaigns and bring people away from true health?

@encywave At the bottom it should say 'upgrade to full version' or something of that nature. That's when the code option appears. If not, you're still using through the link. Thanks a ton brother. Reach out if I can help you with anything circadian related
