Senators in the Commerce committee must hold @FCC accountable in their Dec 17th oversight hearing. After 5 years, the FCC has still not complied with the 2021 D.C. Circuit court order in Envtl. Health Tr. v. FCC, requiring it to update its 30 yr old wireless RF exposure “safety” guidelines. Until the FCC completes this court-ordered review, the agency must not accelerate wireless expansion. Senators must ensure the FCC does not adopt proposed new rules in FCC Docket 25-276 or take any related regulatory actions until it complies with the court order.
