@USPSHelp This is now the third time an item has been marked as delivered when it was never actually delivered. This time, the tracking stated it was “left at the front door or porch,” however, I live in an apartment building. I'm also home. No one came to my front door.

@Uber_Support Why did my Uber driver try to play me? He was 400 ft away parked—I could see him. I waited, messaged him… nothing. Still not moving. I start walking over, now he wants to drive AND yell at me?? Don’t accept rides if you’re not gonna do them. Not wasting my time.

@UberEats I ordered some sweets and I received a call that 2 of the 4 items are unable. I ask for the order to be canceled and theyre telling me they can't? Since when has a bakery not had the capability to cancel an order?

@Target I ordered a few items at 7:43pm for a 10-11pm delivery. I get a text message at 10:20pm stating my delivery was changed to the following day. Now if I cancel my order, am I gonna get my bday rewards back? Or do I lose out on everything?

@UberEats I ordered Dunkin. I didn't receive any of the donuts I requested. In fact two of the flavors I received, I'm allergic to but since all the donuts were thrown in a bag, I can't eat them and I'm told it doesn't qualify for a refund only a $2 credit?

@Uber Can I get some assistance? I was charged a congestion fee when I wasn't in the congestion zone.

Now all of a sudden there's no secure location? If they don't want to deliver it that's fine but use an excuse that fits. Dont keep marking it as an attempt when you've never attempted to deliver it in the first place.

@USPSHelp needs to get it together. Lately all of my packages are being marked as "Attempt - No Secure Location" yet my building has parcel lockers. What's even better is one of the packages I get monthly, fit in my mailbox perfectly fine for the last 2 years.

@AskTarget So my question is why give us delivery window options if it doesn't when it gets delivered?

@AskTarget Placed a sameday delivery order at 6PM with an 8–9PM window. It’s now 8:18PM & a shopper was just assigned-only after I called for an update. I’m being told nothing can be done since it’s “within the window,” even though the shopper hasn’t even arrived at the store yet

@Instacart Can we work on communication in 2026? Ordered groceries at 1PM, they were “out for delivery,” then the order vanished. Had to call to find out what happened. Instacart’s solution? A $5 credit for my next order. Be serious.

The security guards @MTA hires are miserable af. Why are you giving me attitude for opening the gate? You watched me put my suitcases there, swipe in at the turnstile, then come back to grab them. Not my fault your job is to stand by a gate — take that up with your company.

@USPSHelp May I have some assistance with a package that was marked "Delivered Left in Mailbox" but my mailbox was empty.

@FedEx Oh no, its not for me. One of your delivery personal left a package at my door that does not have an apartment number on it and it just so happens to be someone's debit card. Probably shouldn't leave packages at random doors.

Question @FedEx when you guys have a package for delivery and notice there's no apartment number on it, what do you do with the package?

Really @USPS ? My building doesn't even have access codes. All you had to do was ring the buzzer. If you didnt want to attempt the delivery than just say that 🙄. Do better.

@Uber Today's the day ya wanna overcharge people? I agreed to a $38 ride but was charged $48. I was charged congestion pricing even though I wasn't in the congestion zone. Seriously? I was overcharged twice today.
