@financialombuds Sent details to the ombudsman on 02/05, although since then @BMW_UK FS tried to take further payment from me. I've sent over all the documents inc complaint & finance agreements

Hi @financialombuds, I complained to @BMW_UK on 14/02 after they shorted my agreement by 12 months and are demanding earlier repayment (£14k), they advised an 8 week response but the payment is due in less than 6 weeks. How can I resolve this faster please?

I've used Octopus energy for about 3 years as my electric supplier. I submit a meter reading every month but have never won the spin the wheel game you play afterwards. Being annoyed about this is the only reason I'm moving to a different energy supplier.

@txteva Hello, I'm sorry you experienced some network issues, Our outage tracker informs customs about planned outages, For unplanned outages there is no way to predict them and can occur at anytime & place. Please speak to the team to confirm if this is what has happened. -Nathan
