Assume I’m claiming a carnivore diet is the reason I’m in shape Both of these are wrong The reality is that I’ve have been lifting weights for 46 years and have never taken a break. I have always trained (and God willing, always will) What you can achieve with discipline and consistency is far more than what most assume We live in a time of quick fixes, ubiquitous drugs and quite frankly a lot of excuse making

Why I DON’T take TRT despite being nearly 60 1. I’ve got zero clinical indications to do so (I’m not fat, I’m not weak, I have good energy, sexual function and libido are fine) 2. I have a very good lifestyle, I eat well, sleep well, don’t drink, train intelligently and recover intelligently 3. As a masters athlete, I want to compete in sports like track and field, weightlifting, rowing etc.. for which TRT is banned and I’m not a scumbag who would cheat 4. Personally, I don’t care what someone else does, but for me, I’d rather do it without drugs

@JacintheEveArel Mais Faudrais surtout pas un coach du ch anglophone unilingue les médias en parleraient pendant 1ans mais un PM qui sait à peine dire quelque mots et incapable de faire une phrase compréhensible en français pas de problème 😂 ..le monde vote pour ça au Québec (43% des votes)

Here’s how to get results that last → Lift heavy at least 3-4x per week Trial different splits Find the one that makes you excited to go to the gym → Eat 0.8g protein per lb of body weight Find your go to high protein meals Make them easy to repeat Make them enjoyable → Sleep ~8 hours a night Build an evening routine that winds you down → Aim for 10k steps a day Find your go to route, find a time that suits you Make it a part of the day that you enjoy The fundamentals aren’t the hard part, we all know what to do Finding your version of them is Getting serious results takes work, but you should try make your plan as easy as possible to stick to

How to fix skinny fat: - Calories at maintenance - Protein around .75x Bodyweight (lbs) - Fats at maybe .25x Bodyweight (lbs) - Carbs fill in the rest (HEAVY CARB BIAS = KEY) - Proper/intelligent resistance training 3-5x a week - Sleep as much as you need per night (for some, 6-6.5 hours will do…for others 7.5-8+ will be needed) - Hydrate - Minimize life stress - Be patient Legit perfect for a guy that looks like this:
