@coinbase has literally the WORST credit card support I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been 2 weeks and my ticket has been expedited for a week and a half. Absurd.

@CoinbaseSupport why are you requiring me to give ID to login when all I want to do is delete my unused account? I can't get into anything to do with my account until I give you ID, which refuse to give because I do not want to use your service anymore.

Anybody know how I can get a hold of Coinbase in a way that's meaningful? They've got me locked out of my account because I'm in Israel. I'm an American citizen, resident, but in Israel doing a PhD and they've locked me out of my account. I tried to get customer support on the app but won't work because they don't support this region. Tried to get customer service on the phone, but they won't help because I'm currently in Israel. Even though I'm a student, they've locked me out of my account and now I can't even get access to my tax documents. Anybody got any ideas on what to do?

@coinbase This is embarrassing, but according to your escalation team, which is apparently the worst exchange team in all of crypto. The method of sending kusama from @subwalletapp on the kusama network is not supported, therefore my account will not be credited. Does coinbase not even know how decentralized transactions work? Been a Coinbase maxi, and here’s my 8-year journey showing why nothing else comes close: Today most of my financial transactions are done within @coinbase ecosystem. Since forever, Coinbase is the only platform where I feel safe to leave my crypto on the exchange. Since 8 years ago, Coinbase was the only platform I buy/sell crypto from. Since 6 years ago, Coinbase was the only on and off ramp I use to get onto @ethereum mainnet for defi and trading erc20 altcoin not listed on CEX. Since 4 years ago, I store most of my $USDC on coinbase so I don’t have to worry about depositing into short term treasury. Since 2 years ago, Coinbase incubated base, and most of my onchain activity since then was on base. Since 1 year ago, Coinbase launched @Morpho vault. This is when I moved my $USDC from wallet to coinbase so that can use onchain lending and borrowing within coinbase app. Since last year, Coinbase derivatives became my only perp platforms to trade and hedge against market volatility. Since 6 months ago, all my daily living expenses are now on Coinbase Amex card earning 4% on $BTC reward while my free cash is getting the best yield available and now at 3.5% just for parking your cash there. Since last month, I have been slowly moving my stocks from robinhood/fidelity to @coinbase where I have now 200k stock position on Coinbase and growing significantly on each red day like today. I have also participated on prediction market and find it sometimes even more reward than trading altcoins. Knowledge pays! Really proud of what the team build and continue to thrive and iterate! There is no 2nd best, last but not the least- Keep “chadding”, TYBG💙

@CoinbaseSupport Ok, just for completion for others, I see this in the Help section. Interesting viewpoint, still a little confusing though. Strange how a purchase can be both a Maker & Taker on the same transaction 🤔

@CoinbaseSupport Curious, how come these two fees are so far apart when only about $2 difference is Buys?? Both are placed on the same day with only a cpl hrs difference. $0.06 for the one purchase, and $0.36 for the other 🤔🤔🤔

Totally fair question! Fees can fluctuate based on order type (Maker vs. Taker), the trading interface used (Simple vs. Advanced), and live market liquidity. @CoinbaseSupport But these were both pretty much identical Buys of BTC. Only difference is the $$ amount. That's why it's so confusing why the fees are so different. Both are Buys, both are about the same dollar amount, both happened close to the same time frame. And I'm below $10k on Spot

Coinbase support has been such a disappointment. Their AI associates is worthless. Talk to tech support they lied and said transactions were just on hold. Not one of my stop loss trades happened. Been with them for years and this was such a disappointment. @CoinbaseSupport @coinbase

@krakensupport @CoinbaseSupport @krakenfx @kraken @krakensupport Business KYC documents submitted 16 Feb (now ~1 month ago). A formal complaint was raised on 3 March regarding the lack of acknowledgement and this has still not been responded to. Extremely disappointing handling.
