@h17253 @BarakRavid Why would we listen to the party that desperately wanted the ceasefire and discount the party that is saying the ceasefire is being violated
English

@BarakRavid According to JD Vance, #1 is an honest misunderstanding, #2 is negligible, as it happens early on in most cease fires, and #3 is nonsense, so he thinks the talks are on track.

English

🚨The speaker of Iran’s parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf who is expected to lead the Iranian delegation to the summit with the U.S. in Islamabad on Saturday claimed three out of ten clauses in the U.S.-Iran agreed upon framework have been violated and therefore "a bilateral ceasefire or negotiations is unreasonable”
🚨He mentioned that the first violation was regarding the ceasefire in Lebanon which was a commitment mentioned by the Prime Minister of Pakistan in his statement announcing the ceasefire
🚨The second violation, he claimed, was the entry of a drone into Iranian airspace and the third violation was Trump’s statement which denies "Iran’s right to enrichment, which was included in sixth clause of the framework"
English

@StephenMoore @NewsNation Might want to take this down and reassess. Deal already falling apart
English

@Atragunofficial @ZacharyDonnini @VoteHub Losing a statewide race by almost 25 is indeed a bloodbath. Is that an inaccurate description
English

@ZacharyDonnini @VoteHub I thought you were non partisan? You seem pretty giddy about this. 🤔
English

This is shaping up to be a total bloodbath in Wisconsin. Democrats are currently on track to win by more than 20 points, with the margin potentially approaching 25.
VoteHub@VoteHub
Precincts outside of Wisconsin Rapids (Wood County) are shifting 27 points towards Democrats right now.
English

@Aczar1Alan @tparsi @scotthortonshow Opened it “via coordination with Iran’s armed forces”. It was not under those conditions pre war
English

@tparsi @scotthortonshow You’re an idiot .. Iran blinked and opened The Straits of Hormuz
Markets prove you wrong..
English

The most important sentence in Trump's ceasefire post is that the ensuing negotiations will be based on the Iranian 10-point proposal (and not Trump's 15 points).
These are the Key Aspects of Iran's Proposal:
-Permanent End to Hostilities: A lasting peace agreement rather than a temporary ceasefire.
-Security Guarantees: Assurances that Iran will not be attacked again.
-Lifting Sanctions: Complete removal of all US sanctions imposed on Iran.
-Strait of Hormuz Reopening: Iran would reopen the vital energy route but charge a $2 million fee per vessel, to be split with Oman.
-Regional Security: End to Israeli strikes in Lebanon and other regional attacks.
-Reconstruction Funding: Revenue from the Strait to be used for rebuilding infrastructure rather than direct reparations
English

@wabisabiforlif3 @tparsi They said the strait will open via coordination with Iran’s armed forces. Meaning it is not returning to pre war conditions
English

Trita Parsi is spinning this hard.
Trump’s actual post is simple: two-week pause only if Iran opens the Strait of Hormuz immediately, completely, and safely.
Parsi wants you to focus on Iran’s 10-point wishlist like they’re the ones setting the terms.
They’re not.
Iran just got hammered, lost top commanders, and is now forced to reopen the strait or the strikes resume.
This is not Iran dictating a grand bargain.
This is Iran folding and Parsi selling the copium as victory.
English

@dolabomiking @WarMonitor3 Yes. Why would he include that if Iran had already agreed to reopen the strait. He is saying that because they have not yet agreed to do that
English

@ktwebb2 @WarMonitor3 lol, he said on the condition that they open it. Go back and read it slowly
English

@dolabomiking @WarMonitor3 Trump didn’t say Iran agreed to reopen the strait
English

@WarMonitor3 Trump actually won on this, USA hit a lot of targets which will take them years to rebuild and still get Strait of Hormuz open.
English

@fieldatsunset @120thCongress @MattZeitlin Exactly. Confusion provides ample opportunities to buy the dips and mountaintops of the market
English

@ktwebb2 @120thCongress @MattZeitlin I think Trump has no idea of what's actually going on because Witkoff and Kushner are basically lying to him about the status of the negotiations to make money off the stock market.
English

@120thCongress @MattZeitlin It's not clear to me whether he's even saying that Iran agreed to reopen it so he ordered a ceasefire or if he *will* order a ceasefire *if* Iran agrees to reopen it
English

@Zombie2572 @12ozPoet @esaagar Will they reopen the strait by 8pm today? If not why was so much riding on 8pm?
English

@Starfleets @Rusty91104 @jeremyscahill I don’t see any word that Iran agreed to anything yet. Trump said he is stopping because Pakistan said to stop.
English

@Rusty91104 @jeremyscahill They've always maintained they wanted a permanent ceasefire subject to certain key terms - nothing to do with temporary cessations, especially involving the reopening of the Strait.
English

@jpl_black @HQNewsNow You will never support defense cuts. So we are taking money from people and giving it war
English

@HQNewsNow Unpopular take: This is great! Government is getting out of things private industry can do more efficiently, and focusing on one of the few things it is capable of doing better.
Presumably, once the war is over, military spending will go down the cuts will stay cut. Huge win.

@acnewsitics Everyone on earth knows he's a DEI hire, even you, deep down. You should all be against DEI if you want to have everyone believe you earned what you got, but instead you all demand standards be lowered so you can compete.
