@CamdenFPT @TfL ok thanks - might have been a caching issue. The 'Near London' could occur if your location permission is approximate rather than Precise.

@staticnz @TfL The only way I could resolve the issue was to uninstall/reinstall the app as you suggested. Strangely, it still says I'm "Near London" but at least it now shows all the nearby buses. Thanks

@TfL Is there currently a problem with the "Buses Near You" facility on the app as it says I'm "Near London" and there are no Tfl buses in this location, despite it showing I'm clearly in Camden on the map ?

@staticnz @TfL As stated previously, it correctly shows my location on all maps used by the app. I'm using android, and yes, I've allowed location permission otherwise how would it work ?

@KarlLimpert @TfL 1 min is the minimum, but fair point! Difference I refer to is vs other journey planning apps which tend to plan from platform to platform.

Never understand the @TfL journey planner: If I'm starting on Royal Victoria, why does it take me 1 min to get to my starting point? And why do I care about closures not affecting my journey? Instead, could you MENTION ONCE that my usual platform is closed - *relevant info*?

Oh I’ve worked out what it was. You don’t like people using VPNs. So rather than people being careful and protecting themselves from being hacked you only want to protect yourself and let them be at risk. Bit selfish don’t you think?

@TfL how do I get a receipt for my journey from Monday where I paid with Apple Pay? I can’t see any option to select Apple Pay and it is not letting me input the last 4 digits for the contactless card

@staticnz @TfL Hi Callum, I have used all the physical card details for this. Apple details shows 4 digits so can’t use that. Absolutely no idea why it is not going through

@alihattersley @TfL Make sure you're registering using the card number for the physical card, not the number in the Apple Pay wallet details - we'll automatically find all the different versions of that card to register

@TfL When I try to add the card it comes up with this, all details inputted are correct, I have tried several times, and had it checked over to make sure the details inputted are correct

@staticnz @InvincibleWheel @TfL Thanks for getting in touch. Woodside Park to Waterloo. Came up with Northern Line to Euston, Victoria Line to Oxford Circus then Bakerloo to Waterloo. Was expecting Jubilee line to Southwark as lift out at Waterloo

Right, so since they decided to send me a DM about this rather than reply publicly: TFL have said there is no known timeframe for the lift to the tube at Waterloo being fixed.
