I'm so close to 10m guys. But I'm not celebrating or changing my bio yet. I want to see it settle out for a few weeks, and my goal is to get this over $10m post-tax. I'm happy nevertheless!

@DeepValueBagger Do you agree, sir? I'd like to hear your thoughts. x.com/__Con_/status/…

This is the old debate: should I invest in an enabler or beneficiary? Meaning: Does this company aid the AI buildout, or just use AI to improve its service? Examples of enablers are semis, memory, neoclouds, photonics. The picks and shovels. Beneficiaries are fintech, SaaS, healthcare, etc.. Right now, enablers are gaining all of the value. $SIVE is up 1000% in 2 moths. $MU is up 200% in 2 months. Yet the beneficiaries are losing their value. $ZETA is down 50% in 2 years. $DUOL is down 80% in 1 year. What's happening to the beneficiaries? They're going down because investors think AI will replace their business. Every investor is screaming "SaaS is dead." But that's really only for the vibe coded SaaS companies, not the incumbents. It seems to be the case that switching costs are too high and this gives them time to add all the features that your favorite startup flexes on Twitter. That is why so many of these companies in the beneficiary niche are undervalued. Also, let's not forget, with AI, it actually allows these companies to produce more with less cost -> actually benefiting them overall. Not a bad place to be buying these names for the long-term imo: $WDAY (Workday inc) $NOW (ServiceNow inc) $SAP (Sap IE) $CRM (Salesforce inc) $TEAM (Atlassian Corp) $DUOL (Duolingo inc) $ZETA (Zeta Global) $INTU (Intuit inc) $VEEV (Veeva Systems inc) And more. Also, I'm not saying enablers will go down. I'm invested in a lot of them. I'm just saying the hate on beneficiaries is not deserved. Yes, some will die, but most of them with moats, will continue to push forward. And actually, produce more efficiently in the future, all while it is at a discounted price today. This is just my 2c. - Con

For some stock like $shop, the price multiples look cheap, revenue looks like it grows ( like $duol), you have to ask yourself why the market is bearish? Here's my hint to you, look further in the future and how disruptive AI for the business. Shopify big sell is it has hundreds of plug and play features. Most stores only need a few. Bloated platform is riped for agentic ai disruption toward custom solution that can be built with a prompt. Maybe not today for everyone but the market is moving fast and you don't see it yet (unless you're a developer deep in this space) until it kills you.

@Alisandru88 A. There are many logistics company like shipmonk and others B. There is no regulary other than payments and payments are part of payments platform like stripe.

@DeepValueBagger If prompt-engineered custom stacks solve the regulatory and logistics headache natively, then Shopify is indeed a legacy giant waiting to be disrupted. Probability near-zero over the next 3 to 5 years. Maybe scaling up to a legitimate 25–30% threat over a 10-year horizon.

@DeepValueBagger Saying Shopify's value is the software that can be copied is like saying the value of Visa is the plastic cards they distribute

@DeepValueBagger Interesting. I can't talk intelligently on that pick. I know nothing about Shopify. Never used it. Never even been to the website.
