.@Handy - Your web and mobile app onboarding flow is broken.
You had me fill out 5 screens of info and then made me click over into a (much delayed) email login... once I clicked that email login it deleted everything I filled out.
I will use a different app.

The cleaning service @Handy does the following:
- renews cleaning plans after you cancel
- calls take over 30 minutes on customer service line
- after calling and cancelling, they continue to book cleanings and claim that you signed up for a new plan

Warning: Do NOT book a cleaning plan with @Handy !! They will make it impossible to cancel the plan even after it expires and will claim you owe them a cancellation fee. And it takes forever to reac customer service and they do not understand English well. Horrible!

@Handy 2. Establish a set of best practices that handymen must review prior to being allowed to use the platform, assuming these are independent contractors (if they’re not, shame on you). An initial contact should not be in the middle of the night when most people are asleep.
