#CTAlert Due to ongoing airspace restrictions in the Middle East, flights to the region as well as connecting journeys might be affected. Customers are advised to verify the latest flight status with their airline before heading to the airport. If your flight has been cancelled, you can easily request a refund through the "My Trips" tab on the Cleartrip app: 1. Select your booking 2. Tap "Cancel Flight" 3. Choose "Flight Cancelled/Rescheduled by Airline" to opt for a refund Please note it usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be validated from the airline before we can initiate the refund from our end. We request your patience in this regard. We will notify you once the refund is processed from our end.

Confirmed Paris hotel booking via Cleartrip was cancelled without valid reason after voucher was shared for visa. Claimed someone modified booking. No proactive support—I had to chase hotel myself to avoid being stranded. Pathetic experience. @Cleartrip @jagograhakjago

This wasn't for lack of trying. I called @IndiGo6E 5 TIMES and @Cleartrip multiple times before my flight. Nobody helped. I then went to the airport counter at LKO early, showed my Aadhaar card & my email login as proof. Still, I was ignored and forced to buy a new ticket. (2/3)
