Gaël Duval is the founder and president of the /e/ foundation along with the CEO of Murena. Duval and his organizations have consistently taken a stance against protecting users from exploits. In this video, he once again claims protecting against exploits is for only useful pedophiles and spies. Translation to English: > There's the attack surface, on that front we're not security specialists here, so I couldn't answer you precisely, but from the discussions I've had, it seems that everything we do reduces attack surface. However, we don't have a "hardened security" approach, we aren't developing a phone for pedo(censored) so they can evade justice. So there aren't difficult things to check if the memory is corrupted, really hardened security stuff that could clearly be useful for executives, in the secret service, or whatever. That's not our goal, our goal is to start from an observation: today our personal data is constantly being plundered and that wouldn't be legal in real life with the mail or the telephone, we want to change that. So we are making you a product that changes that by default for anyone.

Google is turning Android into a walled garden. Mandatory ID, registration fees, and a 9-step 'advanced flow' for sideloading? That's not security, it's a monopoly move. keepandroidopen.org @AlteredDeal #KeepAndroidOpen

MASSIVE BLOODBATH IN THE IT SECTOR. Accenture reported earnings this morning and cut its full-year revenue forecast. Its quarterly bookings fell 2% and the stock crashed 18%. Accenture is the largest IT services company in the world, so when it reports weak demand, every other company in the sector falls with it. Cognizant fell nearly -8%. Wipro fell nearly -8%. Capgemini fell -8.4% to its lowest price in a year. IBM fell -4%. EPAM dropped to near a 52-week low. Two things are driving the selloff. Companies are spending less on IT consulting as the economy slows, and the market now believes AI is starting to do the work these companies used to charge billions for. Both pressures hit the same business model at the same time. This is a direct problem for India. Indian IT has been one of the only sectors holding up the Nifty. TCS, Infosys, HCLTech, and Wipro have been carrying the index. These companies run on the same model as Accenture and earn most of their revenue from US and European clients. Accenture's results are treated as a preview of what is coming for TCS and Infosys. Their US-listed shares already fell 3 to 5% tonight. Tomorrow's session could be brutal for Indian markets.

There were five Patriarchs. One went off, and did it's own thing; the other four were still in communion with each others. Which party split off from who?

DOUTHAT: Let's be honest -- the tone of the administration is not consistently a Christian tone. There is a tone of aggressive uncharity JD VANCE: Tonal arguments are ways of, frankly, policing working class ways of communication, and covering them in elite preferences
