My daughter and her husband are travelling by @SaudiAirlinesEn to New York via Jeddah and have an 18 hour layover in Jeddah. They have been told that anything above 12 hours requires a transit visa. They have, over the last 24 hours tried to apply for the visa on the Saudia website, but it does not work. They tried calling Saudia support in India, but they are also not able to help. @makemytripcare - This booking was done through your app and my daughter tried to see if she could get a shorter layover at Jeddah, but your chatbots don't sort the problem nor are connecting her to a human being. Seriously, you guys need to do something.
