Hey @amazon, what's a guy gotta do to get a response from your support? I am waiting on a credit and they said they would investigate and respond in 1 - 3 business days. It's been a week. I've reached back out but am getting ignored. A little help?
@AmazonHelp Signed up for Amazon Key and had deliveries to the garage. Was supposed to receive a credit for this but never did. "Jeffin" from your promotions team asked for proof so I sent him screenshots but its been over a week and he is no longer responding.
