today is my birthday.
I don't celebrate my birthday because I thought I would be dead by 18.
Most likely because I would have taken my own life.
Its taken me decades to get to a point where that is no longer true.
Best lesson I learned?
Ask for help. It's a sign of strength.

@polly_ai Our team is not able to use Polly today. We've tried several times creating a poll and having it posted on Slack. It completes the progress bar, but the polls are never shown. Are there any problems on your side going on today?
