I can't believe this is the second day this week I've tried to catch up on my DVR recordings and update my finances and there's ANOTHER problem with @Xfinity and internet. This is the worst company to deal with! #xfinitysucks

I just got off the phone with customer service with Comcast and the women helping me was American. She had to walk me through pairing a remote to the television. I am not a technical person and we had a few bloopers and laughs and I realized it was such a pleasant experience because it wasn’t some call center in India. This lady got my humor and I could understand everything she said. I can’t remember the last time I had such a great experience.
@sectv it seems recently every night our service goes down. I unplug our router and sometimes it works, others I just have to wait for service to be restored. This is unacceptable. Clearly you know Xfinity is here and gives me a reason to consider switching

@Xfinity DON’T USE XFINITY!!!!!! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and they just screwed with me so bad. $350 to $400 a month for 2 years and the they hard disconnect me with out cause after paying them $700 in one month. There is so much they have done in two months. It’s sickening

XFINITY SUCKS! Switching to XFINITY for ph., cable, or internet? DON'T! Promised discounts that don't exist. Examp; a $200 S25FE if I signed on for 2 lines, internet, & cable. Now I see I am being charged $650 @ $25 M. They have it recorded and refuse to make it right.
