@SABCNews Sex is misused by the people in positions of power to assert often undignifying dominance over people they already have power over..to conquer them spiritually. This often leads to retaliation which is more often-times-than not deadly. e.g. one of the farm murders cases.

@Ojukwu_Bianca Not surprised by this statement by Tinubu. Especially given that he is Nigeria's President that governs his nation from a foreign country. He gets VISA to visit Nigeria..so immigration is a big factor for him. Just make Dangote President already!

At the AFRICA FORWARD SUMMIT in Nairobi yesterday, The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, made a powerful statement on the ongoing targeting of Immigrants in certain African countries and current global Migration Challenges in a speech delivered before a galaxy of Africa's leaders .... ' it must be recognized that Migration is a fact of history of human civilizations across generations. Migration is not a crime, and Migrants should not be subjected to jungle justice in utter disregard of their basic rights to live as human beings as well as the cherished African values of family, brotherhood, sanctity of life and solidarity. Destination countries face domestic political pressures. Too often, the result is the weaponization of migration- both by those who use fear of the outsider to fracture the very multilateralism we need. Some others hold migrants solely responsible for the socio-economic challenges they face for Political and electoral advantages. Addressing the violence against immigrants requires responsible leadership at all levels of our society and government. It should not be allowed to threaten African unity and solidarity. Nigeria's position remains unequivocal: no single nation whether source, transit or destination, can manage migration in isolation. ..a challenge this complex demands structured, equitable and sustained cooperation between countries As essential pillars of good governance, Migrants must be treated fairly in accordance with the rule of law...' ( President Bola Ahmed Tinubu : NIGERIA , at the High Level Plenary Session on Peace and Security, Africa Forward Summit, Kenyatta International Convention Centre, Nairobi on 12th May 2026) .

The EFF’s Statement on Cyril Ramaphosa’s Decision to Proceed with Judicial Review Application Against Section 89 Phala Phala Report -The EFF further expects the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ms Thoko Didiza, to oppose the review application by the President of the Republic of South Africa, as the independent panel was established by her office and she is the custodian of the Section 89 Independent Panel Report. The review application by the President of the Republic of South Africa, is a review of her legislative authority to execute accountability over the executive, and therefore, she must defend that mandate when it is taken under judicial review.

#phalaphala It's nt over for Ramaphosa as long as he's still the head of state. Many SAns aren't interested in party politics, which this Phalax2 case has been made to be. If he fires Mchunu, improve service delivery & make more arrests on the Madlanga Comm, he myt survive this.

@zizipho50 This validation goes a long way for the EFF whether you like March and March or not. Otherwise, it wouldn't make you post them on your socials. It does feel good to be loved by people from your country. Just as quickly, EFF can be easily invalidated. Wake up!

@SizweDhlomo True. The launching of this case was done by the prime EFF (Ndlozi, Nyiko, Dali etc. being part) & ATM (Vuyo as President). Since then, there have been major deteriorations on those political parties. Worse EFF. So, credit belongs the EFF&ATM of 2022/3. The guys were FIRE!

[MUST READ] The Speaker in @ParliamentofRSA has formally rejected our request to initiate a Section 89 enquiry, hiding behind procedural technicalities and past processes. Instead of acting on the serious findings raised including @RSA_IPID The Speaker claims the matter is “incompetent” and already concluded, effectively shielding the President from accountability. South Africans must see this for what it is: a deliberate refusal to act, a protection of power over principle, and a Parliament failing its constitutional duty. #ATMInParliament
