@AkhilDsTech brother i ordered it and paied online also and now they cancelled my order . @amazonIN@amazonhelp if u cant keep up ur words y the hell u ppl even give offer worst experience i were had
SCAM 2026 😐😐
Samsung M47 went on first sale on July 4th for 23k and within a week, they hiked the price to 33k - 10k price hike ⬆️
Looks like they are launching phones for lower price on first sale to make reviewers give positive feedback and later they are increasing the price
@07aditya05@amazonIN@AmazonHelp Stop buying from amazon my order of iron is gone still there is no solution yet i have payed but I don’t got product so i stop buying from amazon people stop start buying from flipkart
Dear @AmazonIN@AmazonHelp, explain this. I paid ₹23K for a Samsung M47 during Prime Day. After waiting 6 days, your tracking says "Unable to contact", "Rejected by you", and "Damaged". I never rejected it. Now you're asking me to buy it again for ₹26K. Screenshots attached.
@07aditya05@amazonIN@AmazonHelp Same situation with me I am order it in prime day they are not delivered my parcel and give refund my amount 24078/- this is worst service ever from Amazon
@07aditya05@amazonIN@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp@amazonIN WTF! Stop gaslighting customers. Unilateral cancellation of a paid order due to your delivery/barcode error is a blatant Unfair Trade Practice under Sec 2(47) of Consumer Protection Act. Fix your logistics instead of stealing a user's sale price. Fulfill it!
@07aditya05@amazonIN@AmazonHelp Same things happened with me @07aditya05 i ordered some product and they delivered wrong one and now they blaming that i cancelled return process
@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp This isn't a price match request. I already purchased the phone at ₹23,000 and paid in full. The order was cancelled because of delivery issues on Amazon's side, not because I cancelled it. i am crystal clear u get it
We understand your disappointment. That's definitely not what we want you to experience. As informed earlier, once the order is cancelled, we won't be able to reinstate the same. Please be informed we don't offer price matching, and you can refer to this link here: amzn.to/4f77xZz, for more information about all prices which are determined by sellers. As a result, Amazon doesn't offer price matching. We'll take your comments as feedback for better service experience.

@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp My concern isn't about price matching or compensation. I successfully placed and paid for the order at ₹23,000 during Prime Day. Due to Amazon's delivery failure, my order was cancelled without my request. Why should I lose the sale price because of your fault
We understand your concern. As informed earlier, we do not have price match or compensation policy. Pricing and offers are the decision of the seller. Different sellers sell the product for different prices. The price you saw was the lowest price we were able to offer at the point of time. Appreciate your understanding.

@07aditya05@amazonIN@AmazonHelp There are issues with delivery. I bought laptop on this prime days. Delivery guy came to delivery and during unpacking laptop the order got cancelled automatically due to some barcode error and he did not deliver it. Now after 2 escalations I am still waiting for the delivery.
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN@AmazonHelp Why should I pay ₹3,000 extra because Amazon failed to deliver my original order? I request you to honor the original Prime Day price of ₹23,000. Please escalate this instead of sending a generic response.
@07aditya05 Sorry to know that your order is cancelled. Unfortunately, once an order has been marked as cancelled, we will not be able to reinstate it. We request you to place a new order as per your convenience.

@AmazonHelp@amazonIN@AmazonHelp I didn't cancel the order. Your tracking itself shows conflicting updates, and the order was returned due to delivery issues. Why should I lose the Prime Day price because of something that wasn't my fault? Please provide a fair resolution.
@poojis07@amazonIN@AmazonHelp@amazon I can relate. I paid the full amount during the Prime Day sale, waited nearly a week, and Amazon cancelled my order due to delivery issues. Now they're asking me to buy the same phone at a higher price. Customers shouldn't lose sale prices because of operational failures. @amazon
