@CommerceBank @CashSupport @CashApp Poor customer service I have received from both companies I’m closing all accounts. Commerce doesn’t protect your fund from fraud nor scams. People bank elsewhere. Their fraud dept is a fraud. I just want my money back.

@CruiseNorwegian after speaking with guest services and a supervisor (note, who has no boss) I was told the the 90 days is the beginning and may be extended. Umm no, I requested a refund 3/2020, agreed to your 90 days but I refuse to wait longer than that. 🗣 GIVE ME MY MONEY NOW
