Fantastic AF research case today. Deliverance of high frequency stimulation with ablation catheter in the mid-roof of the left atrium, well outside prev L WACA line. This remarkably triggered PV tachy in both LSPV and LIPV with exit block. Lasso in vid in LSPV.
