@3DPrintGeneral Agreed and as much nuance as I could have in a tweet lol. I don't think ubi is THE answer but its one and comes with a ton of issues. In the end I think AI will just make us more efficient and give people more ability to create businesses on their own or with smaller teams.

If AI gets so good that it replaces nearly all human jobs, who are the AI doing the jobs for? Without customers, there’s no need for these jobs AI is taking. It’s a catch 22 no? This has always confused me when it comes to AI concerns.

@AngryCops I see (data centers specifically) hated because of how they seem to prey on small towns, increasing the energy costs, water usage, and sometimes taxes (in the case of those municipalities giving tax breaks). Otherwise its just the hate on AI in general.
