Recently I visited Missouri and stayed w my mom, who grudgingly let my dogs stay too Hub took them running and they came back with THOUSANDS of seed ticks I fully panicked bc we were at my moms who already didn’t want the dogs there and there were SO MANY TICKS. I put a little geranium oil on the dogs necks and the ticks literally all fell off dead and within minutes. TRY geranium essential oil. It is toxic like the vets meds are, so only a drop for ur animals on the back of the necks.

My feet are foot-shaped, a fact that baffles most shoe manufacturers. Thus, I have always bought 12-Wide boots to fit my size-11 feet. Then I tolerate an extra inch of useless shoe sticking out in front like swim fins. No more. Last week, I bought these in Size 11W, on the recommendation of Rose Anvil, the youtube boot guy. They are built the way boots should be built, so, for example (unlike my last pair of boots) the soles won't peel off. These old-school boots must be broken in over several days, which I have now done. 5 stars. Would recommend. I'll link them in the replies. (I have no connection and make no money on sales.) Bonus: They are waterproof, and as a wise man once said, when your socks are dry, you have most of what you need. youtube.com/watch?v=J5Sn-A…

@SusanHe03181308 @archeohistories 80% of grown men in the USA had their genitals mutilated held down with no pain meds forced by their own mothers to have the most sensitive part of their penis cut off as babies thanks to jewry. Some even have another man bite it off and suck the blood out.

@archeohistories Those fistulas were insanely common amongst black, female, slaves as they frenquenty underwent genital mutilations at a very young age. They didn't get any pain meds, many died from the pain and trauma or infection. This was done by their fams or village midwives.

Sometime around 1844, an enslaved teenager named Anarcha was brought to a doctor in Montgomery, Alabama. She had recently given birth, a labor so prolonged and traumatic that the baby was delivered dead with forceps, and Anarcha was left with devastating internal injuries. Tears had formed between her vagina and bladder and between her vagina and rectum, a condition called vesicovaginal and rectovaginal fistula. It meant she had no control over her urine or feces. The wounds were open, constantly infected, and caused her unrelenting pain. Her enslaver didn't bring her to a doctor out of concern for her suffering. He brought her because she could no longer work. The doctor was J. Marion Sims, a physician with no particular interest in women's reproductive health by his own admission. He had recently developed a new way of positioning surgical patients, and he believed he could repair fistulas in women like Anarcha within six months. He made arrangements with the enslavers of Anarcha and at least two other women, Betsey and Lucy, to lease them for the duration of the treatment. He built a small hospital behind his house and put them there. He was wrong about the six months. For the next four to five years, Sims operated on Anarcha, Betsey, Lucy, and at least nine other enslaved women, trying and failing and trying again. Anarcha alone underwent at least 30 operations. She was between 17 and 19 years old when the experiments began. The women were given opium as pain management in some procedures. Ether and chloroform were available during this period and were used in other medical settings. Sims chose not to use them. The prevailing belief among white physicians of the time was that Black people did not experience pain the way white people did. This was not medicine. It was a lie that made what he was doing easier to continue. The women were not asked whether they wanted to participate. They had no legal standing to refuse. When other physicians grew tired of assisting and stopped coming, Sims trained Anarcha, Betsey, and Lucy to assist with the operations being performed on themselves and on each other. In 1849, after introducing silver wire as a suture material, Sims successfully repaired Anarcha's fistula. He went on to publish a paper about his surgical technique, which became the first repeatable treatment for vesicovaginal fistula and formed the foundation of modern gynecology. The paper omitted any identifying characteristics of the women who had made it possible. Sims moved to New York, founded the first women's hospital in the United States, became president of the American Medical Association in 1875 and the American Gynecological Society in 1879, and was celebrated in his lifetime and long after as a pioneering figure in medicine. A statue of him stood in Central Park for over a century. In 1856, a woman named Anarcha, aged around 32, appeared in Sims' records in New York, admitted to his women's hospital and discharged a month later as cured. Her enslaver at that point was listed as William Lewis Maury of the U.S. Navy. Recent research by writer J.C. Hallman, published in 2023, traced what is believed to be the same Anarcha forward in time. She appears to have eventually taken the name Anarcha Jackson, married a man named Lorenzo, and died in Virginia sometime around 1869 or 1870. A tombstone in King George County reads Annacay Jackson. She was somewhere in her early forties. She left no written record. As an enslaved woman, she was almost certainly unable to read or write. What she endured, what she understood about what was happening to her, what she felt, remains entirely beyond recovery. The historical record belongs almost entirely to the man who operated on her. © Reddit #archaeohistories

Anna Sveistrup was 13 years old. On March 11, 2024, Elias Mahamed Isaaq Shegow - her ex-boyfriend - took her behind a heating plant in Hjallerup, Denmark. He raped her. He stomped on her neck. He crushed her head with a paving stone. He left her there. Then he came back. With a can of cola. And poured it over her body. Then he went home and joined the search party looking for her. Together with her parents. Last week Vestre Landsret confirmed the sentence - 12 years in prison for rape, murder and indecent treatment of a corpse. The forensic psychiatric assessment concluded that he is “unreliable”, “manipulative” and poses “a significant danger to the lives of others” - and recommended indefinite detention. The court set that recommendation aside because he was 17 years old at the time…72 hours short of his 18th birthday. He could be out in 8 years. Anna’s parents will never be out. My position is that if capital punishment were an option - this is the case that would justify it. Not as revenge. Not as deterrence. But as the only proportional answer to what he did. An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. Not because I enjoy the thought of anyone dying. But because some acts are so total, so deliberate, so devoid of humanity, that 12 years and free board is not justice. It is administration. Anna deserved more than that. Rest in peace you beautiful soul. And may God protect and take care of your family.❤️‍🔥🪽✝️

Actual Sex
Actual Sex@Parthenogenics·
The big erotic secret that nobody in their ordinary state wants to face (unless compelled to do so by love) is that the desire for sexual release is the mechanism, or the ‘ladder’ of erotic communion, and at every stage that you overcome carnal states in the direction of love, you ride that life force towards a higher state of being. No matter the degree of sublimation done with ‘skillful means’ of sexual alchemy, your motion up ↑ brings you to a yet higher form of Eros, consummated and satisfied by a love that is increasingly divine. This process is inconceivable until a next stage of alchemy is realized, as if the stuff you make is the very subtilization process itself, which allows you to perceive these new states. Why it’s called ‘transmutation’: you change form. This is also why so many ancient mysteries involved either consorting with ‘the god’ or myths related to gods rapturing mortals. The key to life has always been life.

People with ADHD are usually magnesium and GABA deficient. Low GABA/high glutamate levels = overexcited nervous system, muscle tension, and even more tension radiating through the skull due to clenching teeth. What helps me the most is a combination of herbal and nutrient supports. 🪷 GABAergic teas and tinctures: high GABA oolong (this is great for active migraines and headaches), magnolia bark, lemon balm, oat straw or young milky oats, and blue lotus. 💊 Magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate. Glycinate specifically is very effective at converting glutamate into GABA, and malate will help to reduce muscle tension. Likewise, amino acids glycine, l-theanine, and taurine contribute to GABA production.
🤠@heavensbvnny

Apparently, people with ADHD get migraines and headaches at way higher rates than people without ADHD. And nobody tells you this. You just spent years thinking you're unlucky, stressed, or dehydrated. Turns out it's biological. The same dopamine dysfunction that gives you ADHD also makes you more prone to headaches. Plus your ADHD meds can cause headaches. Plus irregular sleep causes headaches. Plus your disorganised eating habits cause headaches. It's headaches all the way down.

When Jesus said, “Look for the man carrying the water jar,” he was pointing to now. Luke 22:10. A strange instruction. “Follow the man carrying the water jar.” This was no random detail. It was a direct reference to Aquarius—the water bearer. And Jesus, the master of metaphor, knew exactly what he was doing. Because in the zodiac, Aquarius follows Pisces. The fish (Pisces) fed the multitudes. The water bearer (Aquarius) awakens them. Pisces gave us belief, longing, and separation. Aquarius pours direct revelation into the mind. No priest. No temple. No gatekeeper. In Thomas Saying 13, Jesus whispers to Thomas: “You have drunk from the spring I guarded.” That spring is gnosis—truth from within. The Age of Aquarius is not coming. It’s here. And every system built on separation? It will crack. Because once the water bearer arrives… You no longer seek truth. You become it. ~ Logan Barone ✨🙌🏾💫

Not only is PulseChain down 98% from ATHs. But more concerningly, it has spent several weeks, getting rejected off a 3-year-long support level, now definitively confirming the most macro support level in its history, as resistance. This is all the inevitable consequence of RIchard Hearts abadonment. The PulseChain KOLs all lie to you, with a smile on their face, treating you like morons, telling you we are down because we are correlated to the macro. This is the biggest bs cope lie. PulseChain is not correlated most importantly with tHe mAcRo. It is, in fact, 100% correlated to Richard Heart, and no matter how hard you cope otherwise, the two can not be divorced. He either tries. Or it all goes to zero forever. It's that simple. Its been obvious the whole time. Why so many adults choose to lie to themselves rather than face that difficult reality, the way a child would, I will never understand.

Google is clearly focused on bringing AI to the everyday consumer. Gemma 4 dropped yesterday. The smallest model fits in under 2GB of memory. The 26B MoE activates only 3.8B parameters at inference, 26B intelligence at 4B speed. Runs on consumer GPUs, phones, even a Raspberry Pi. Full Apache 2.0 license. Last week they released TurboQuant, compressing AI memory by 6x with zero accuracy loss. Models that needed a $30K GPU now run on a $500 gaming card. Majority of companies are building bigger models, Google is solving the real issue, which is getting powerful AI onto hardware people already own.

Meet Gemma 4! Purpose-built for advanced reasoning and agentic workflows on the hardware you own, and released under an Apache 2.0 license. We listened to invaluable community feedback in developing these models. Here is what makes Gemma 4 our most capable open models yet: 👇

You can brainwash yourself with your own voice. Done correctly, it’s more potent than hypnosis, meditation, and affirmations combined. This is how you do it: - Write down the traits, self-image, and identity you desire - Use present tense: speak as it exists - Be sensory and descriptive: make the mind feel it - Use emotional words - Avoid negations (don't, never, not) - Frame everything as absolute truth -Layer in NLP techniques (double binds etc) -Use hypnotic words (imagine, notice, feel, become) -Speak in your own language (specificity matters) -Embed a post-hypnotic trigger word - Record the script into Audacity - Add the subliminal plug in - Add theta waves - Listen as you wake up - Listen as you fall asleep
