Just a reminder — again — that these campus protests are *not* organic. To be clear, some of them are there for the right reasons, but there’s a lot of foreign influence driving this. Someone should really look into how much the GOP is funding these groups, too.

A former Secret Service agent is suing the New York Post and Daily Mail for defamation, accusing them of publishing stories based on fabricated text messages that he says falsely linked him to Hunter Biden. The publications claimed they came from "Hunter Biden's laptop," but they were apparently completely fabricated. Correction: The judge is saying New York law does not give him "discretion" to impose a higher fine, and so, he must "consider whether in some instances, jail may be a necessary punishment."

The upshot of the past two days at the Supreme Court is that only Trump can perform or pay for an abortion in Idaho.

Justice Sotomayor: "I am having a hard time thinking that creating false documents, that submitting false documents, that ordering the assassination of a rival, that accepting a bribe and countless other laws that could be broken for personal gain, that anyone would say that it would be reasonable for a president or any public official to do that."
