@AchilleNic @pmissionless Partly but that wouldn’t place me in the position I’m in now.
English

Over the last 4 months I dropped my resting heart rate from 76 to 47.
I’m genuinely shocked. I feel like a 20 year old athlete again.
That’s 29 fewer beats per minute… every single minute of rest.
Still processing this. Will break down exactly how I did it on @pmissionless

@r0berto_mid_5 Have you ever been to those places or are uou just prejudice towards these people!
English

@Jason @MattZeitlin But you did not fly all over the US to their away games. It's fine that you do and good for you, but his point stands. Supply is finite and demand/capability is expanding. This is the same for concerts.
English

@MattZeitlin I’ve been going to Knicks games my entire life and sat in the 300s and blues at msg when I had season tickets that cost $35 each
English

This is why “experiences” will get essentially infinitely expensive, they’re not making more Knicks and the number of guys with the means to do this far far far outstrips supply

Heading to Cleveland for Knicks game 🫡

@TheRealOpsGuy @GAminos84609 I mean...your post did get my attention, but I also lost all trust in your brand. This is a space where trust is pretty important too.
English

@TheRealOpsGuy @GAminos84609 Yes; pretty deceptive post. None of the prices shown are even close to what the prices actually are, and the code memorial does not work either. Easy for me to buy elsewhere now...weird approach to attracting customers.

@ThePepGuy Would probably buy a lower dose vial so I could have a lower concentration and dose more precisely. Also probably shoot for 250mcg initially. For now, I will avoid. I had a 25mg vial and could only dilute with 3ml bac. Thus to deliver 400mcg the measurement was very small.
English

@ThePepGuy Started 5 days in and continued Until a couple days after quitting. I am either sensitive or just went too heavy on the dose. Had a blend and aimed for 400mcg total but probably went a bit higher a couple times as the quantity of the water was only 0.05ml and hard to perfect.

The Negative Side of Peptides 😈
We all know that peptides are changing the way we look at health forever. With all of the positive experiences and life-changing transformations, it makes sense to take a step back and look at some of the common negative symptoms as well. To do this, I will go over my personal anecdotes, and some close friends/clients as well.
1. Common GLP Side Effects:
- May lead to under eating and malnourishment (as seen with “ozempic face”. Contrary to popular belief, the main reason you lose weight is NOT due to appetite suppression. You must have a solid foundation to create long term weight loss.
- Many people get obsessed with moving up higher in dose, we shouldnt be trying to abuse these compounds.
- RHR changes, sleep disturbances, and some skin issues I hear about on X. I got bad RHR changes myself.
- Nausea, vomiting.
Common GH Peptide Side Effects:
- Histamine reaction to CJC or flush feeling that may be uncomfortable
- Short term water retention and joint pain
- May negatively affect insulin resistance
- Small % of people actually CANT sleep on these (me). I switched to morning for a bit and now I take before bed and sleep great!
- Elevated GH can lead to acne, especially in acne-prone individuals.
Common GHK-Cu Side Effects:
- Nasty sting which some people simply cant handle. Very dependent on the person, my brother gets bad rash and bruises, I get nothing 😊😂
- “Copper uglies” your body may Purge and release even more skin issues before actually giving you that GLOW you are seeking.
Honorable mentions
MOTS-C: Histamine reaction
NAD+: Too high of a dose can give a flush feeling that may be uncomfortable. Important to go slow

@altcap @American_Heart @Ctr4HeartAtkPrv @DrOz Any data on CAC being better Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (CIMT)? I understand the CIMT might find issues far sooner as it can see non-calcified portions too...and earlier before calcified. Thoughts?
English

Be like Jack. Get your CAC scan now. 15 mins & $150 can save your life. Heart attacks are a totally preventable killer! Time to cover the cost w insurance - widespread mammogram for the heart will save 50k lives & $10B per year! ❤️🇺🇸🚀@American_Heart @Ctr4HeartAtkPrv @DrOz

@JTLonsdale Never understood how bad HR "overhead" could be until I left a small agile company to work for a top 100 firm. As a Director level person with a team of about 30, I spent more than 50% of my time on pure HR "overhead". Ticking boxes for HR. Worthless.
English

We didn’t have “HR” when building Palantir, for similar reasons - I avoided Ryan’s mistake.
And when we needed some PeopleOps, we hired technical leaders.
Going into the vast majority of companies and firing most of their HR and Marketing departments would tend to create value!

The HR department exists for one reason: to perpetuate the HR department.
