Look. We knew they would gut the Voting Rights Act. It’s upsetting. What does this mean? It means we fight harder. It means we work harder. It means we all volunteer a few hours to help turn out voters. You can’t just vote anymore. If we all help, we can win.

Senators like Ashley Moody should not be allowed to get rich off of information only Congress gets. That’s why I’m calling for a full ban on congressional stock trading, with real penalties for those who break the law. Florida deserves leaders who serve the people, not their own portfolios. cnn.com/2026/02/09/pol…

Today’s attacks on humanitarian workers are war crimes. The world cannot accept this as normal. Too many aid workers have died like this around the world. Russia is a permanent member of the UN Security Council but it attacks UN and WCK vehicles in Kherson, Ukraine. While the aid workers survived unharmed, one resident died. This war needs to end now. The suffering needs to end now. We are an American-based NGO @realDonaldTrump @FLOTUS @SecRubio #ChefsForUkraine

If JD Vance has evidence of fraud, prosecute the fraudsters. Do not punish the seniors, the disabled, and the dying who depend on these services. Let’s talk about who actually gets hurt when $1.3 billion in Medi-Cal funding gets frozen. It is the widow whose home health aide helps her bathe and take her medications so she does not end up in a nursing home. It is the family caring for a son with special needs who relies on in-home support to live with dignity. It is the hospice nurse holding a dying veteran’s hand in his own bed, surrounded by his family, instead of under fluorescent lights in an institution. These programs exist because we made a choice as a country to let people grow old, get sick, and die at home whenever possible. It is more humane. It also costs taxpayers far less than institutional care. Here’s the truth. Vance is not actually fighting fraud. He is trying to pick a fight with California by taking aim at our most vulnerable neighbors. We will not let him get away with it. nbcnews.com/politics/white…

We are going to take MAGA’s foot off of the neck of our democracy. We won’t slow down, you’re not going to drive us off, you’re not going to kick us out. We’re going to be here. This is our country, and we are going to live in it together, like it or not.

Under President Trump, we are unleashing the most aggressive federal anti-fraud efforts in American history. We won't rest until we root out every bit of fraud infecting our government and screwing over taxpayers. More coming tomorrow. Stay tuned.

SECRETARY RUBIO: One of the reasons I supported NATO is because it gave us basing rights in Europe. So when NATO partners like Spain deny us use of these bases, the primary reason for why NATO is good for America, then what is the purpose of the alliance?

@TVietor08 Jamie is right. You’re weirdly obsessed with this. It’s not going to help us right now in this critical moment. It’s an internal report anyway. We must focus on midterms and the crisis we’re in now. Intentional or not, you’re creating a distraction and acting self-righteous.

There are two windows to release a report like this without it becoming a distraction: 2025 or after the 2026 midterms. And let’s be honest, a lot of people are making huge assumptions that they are about to learn something earth shattering. But what really struck me was this: y’all spent two straight days talking about and promoting your interview with Ken, while posting virtually nothing about the Callais decision on the very day the crown jewel of the Civil Rights Movement was gutted and Jim Crow 2.0 was effectively reborn. Think about that. You weren’t the only ones but that silence spoke volumes to a lot of us. And beyond that, the interview and the fallout from it created a massive distraction that continues to drain time and resources from the DNC: communications staff managing chaos and other stories, fundraising teams dealing with donor anxiety, leadership forced into damage control. Those are resources and hours that should have been focused on Callais, protecting voting rights, and preparing for the midterms.
Tommy Vietor@TVietor08

The reason to release the DNC audit is to learn from the mistakes of the past so we don’t make them again and suffer another catastrophic defeat like 2024. Winning is how we protect voting rights.

Shame on you @katieporterca ... your campaign is and has been flailing for months. You have zero chance of winning at this point. You're guilt-by-association attacks against @XavierBecerra reek of desperation. You are torching your last bit of relevancy.

In the final stretch of the California primary, gubernatorial candidate Katie Porter says fellow Democrats can't afford to "take a risk" on Xavier Becerra because of a corruption case involving his former top aide.

@SecDuffy The 2023 NOTAM Improvement Act (signed by Biden) mandated the new FAA NOTAM system and backup you're now taking credit for. It was required by Sept 2024. Maybe skip the road trip next time and actually oversee the acceleration you ordered.
