There is a growing new trend in Japan, it’s called Butsukari Otoko, it s type of physical assault towards women in crowded places like the street or train stop. Usually it’s men that do it but a growing number of women are now joining in the trend as well. The purpose is to perform Chikan which is deliberately ramming into a woman and making it look accidental. It’s supposedly used to relieve frustration or annoyance against cellphone users. When this happens it’s getting harder to press charges because they mean to make it look accidental so it’s hard to tell who is doing it deliberately and who is doing this intentionally, either way I feel children should be off limits, accidental or not, with this new trend should this be charged regardless of intent when kids are involved?

@ABelleJ22 @IlhanMN No, it's not a full oversight denial. DHS states that access requires 7 days' advance notice per policy and court orders for safety reasons. The lawmakers could reschedule, but they contend this restricts unannounced visits essential for proper oversight.

I was just denied access to the ICE processing center at the Whipple Building. Members of Congress have a legal right and constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight where people are being detained. The public deserves to know what is taking place in ICE facilities.
