LIFE: I believe in my soul there should be far fewer abortions, yet recognize the only way to truly reduce abortion rates is by drastically increasing the very programs conservatives cut first: women's healthcare, women's education, early childhood development, child care… If you’re pro-life and want fewer abortions to occur, please join me in advocating full funding of these programs, instead of criminalizing women who need them. THE SECOND AMENDMENT: I believe in every word of the Second Amendment - including the two words apparently invisible to conservatives: “well regulated“. Common sense safety regulations are how everyone who wants a gun (and isn’t court ordered otherwise) can have a gun. I personally choose not to own a gun, which is why I don’t own one. I fully support this amendment, along with all the others. IMMIGRATION: We need to figure out exactly how many workers American farmers & industry need to feed our people & fuel our economy. The practice of setting legal immigration quotas at any other number is preposterous. Political party polarization always stands in the way of true immigration reform!
