@TMobile I hate to post on X about this stuff. My small business switched from Verizon to T-mobile 4 weeks ago. We have had nothing but issues. Spent 30 hrs setting up new phones + in/out of stores and 800 number. Our kids 2 iwatches still don't work...

@VerizonBusiness continues to be horrible. Ordered a phone Thursday. Supposed to be here Friday. They screwed up order. Fixed it Friday. Now just asked me to approve the order today. What a dysfunctional company.

@TMobileHelp I have called AND chatted. I was told every time it would be dropped in 10 business days. It has been nearly 90 days now. I am gonna have to cancel and find someone who wants my business bad enough to complete the install if this isn't resolved.

@TMobile is a joke. I have had their fiber internet for 3 months. They were supposed to bury the fiber line within 45 days. Today after my third attempt to find out when it would be buried, I was told they will call me within 3 days to discuss it. I can't even mow my yard. BEWARE

@GetSpectrum I just wasted an hour expecting your customer support to be able to reduce my internet bill to less than $100/mo before switching to AT&T for $35. I got offered other services six times but no attempt to actually keep my business. Five year customer gone.

@ATT I had the worst service business acct tkt # n71310673. Waiting for tech didn't show up put my case on hold at 10am.i was lied to by att and told tech was running late only to cancel after 4pm, told a techondemand would Come. NO SHOW.LIES! NOW TELL ME OOPS! Wait till monday

Hey @TMobile why does it take 7-10 business days to scan a phone returned to you You sent the wrong phone now I have to wait to get refunded before I can reorder the phone you should have sent in the first place. It’s a bar code and a laser, it takes a second to scan not 10 days

@VerizonBusiness we’ve tried to reach multiple times to customer support, store as well as the business agent who setup our account. However no one is helping us. We are not getting what we signed up for. Is there a way to cancel the account without penalty?

@ATT We recommend not signing up with Att. We had 2 phones with them and one iPhone failed to connect over time. We had a warranty and turned it in to their repair company and was told it could not be repaired. They didn’t want to replace the phone even though we paid for that.

@TMobileHelp # 1 - I began my TMobile journey about 2 years ago. I met with a business rep who assured me he was there for the long haul and if he ever left, he’d be back filled. Well, the “long haul” turned out to be as long as it took me to move my lines and internet over.
