इस दादी ने 2000 रुपये की किस्त पर Voltas की AC खरीदी थी, जिसकी कूलिंग 2025 में खत्म हो गई। जब इन्होंने कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत की तो मैकेनिक देखने आया और बोला कि इसकी गैस खत्म हो गई है। उसने दादी को समझाया कि कंपनी वाले आपसे 3300 रुपये मांगेंगे लेकिन आप कहना कि जो बंदा पहले आया था वो 2800 बताकर गया है। फिर वही हुआ, दूसरा बंदा आया और उसने 3300 रुपये मांगे, तब दादी के कहने पर उसने 2800 रुपये ले लिए। लेकिन 2800 रुपये देने के बाद भी AC नहीं चला। जब दादी ने कहा कि मुझे मीटर लगाकर दिखाओ कि गैस कहाँ डाली है, तो उसने बहाना बना दिया कि मीटर खराब है। AC फिर भी नहीं चला तो दादी ने दोबारा शिकायत की और तीन महीने तक लगातार फोन करती रहीं, लेकिन कोई नहीं आया। तीन महीने बाद जब फिर से चेक करने आए तो बोले कि गैस फिर खत्म हो गई है फिर से पैसे लगेंगे, यानी पिछले पैसों का क्या हुआ कुछ पता नहीं। जब दादी ने दुकानदार को फोन किया तो उसने कहा कि इस बार गैस के 3800 और सर्विस चार्ज मिलाकर करीब 5000 रुपये लगेंगे। दादी ने वोल्टास में फिर शिकायत की कि पहले 2800 लिए अब 5000 मांग रहे हैं, तो कंपनी ने कहा कि हम बात करते हैं, लेकिन उसके बाद आज तक दादी के पास कोई नहीं आया। अब आप लोग ही बताइए कि क्या इस तरह की सर्विस के लिए ही लोग अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से किस्तें भरते हैं?

नजफगढ़ के निवासियों के लिए अच्छी खबर ! दिल्ली मेट्रो की ग्रे लाइन जल्द ही रावता मोड़, जाफरपुर तक विस्तारित की जाएगी ! ढांसा स्टैंड मेट्रो स्टेशन से आगे मित्राऊँ और सुरहेड़ा होते हुए रावता मोड़ तक मेट्रो सेवा शुरू होगी। यह विस्तार 6.89 किमी लंबा होगा और तीन स्टेशन होंगे । DMRC द्वारा मार्ग की व्यवहार्यता परीक्षण ( Feasibility Test ) और विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट ( Detailed Project Report ) जमा करने के बाद, मैंने परिवहन विभाग को कैबिनेट नोट तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया है। इस विस्तार से आसपास की कॉलोनियों और गांवों के निवासियों को यात्रा में बहुत आसानी होगी। मित्राऊँ, सुरहेड़ा, डाबर एन्क्लेव कॉलोनी, गोपाल नगर कॉलोनी, जाफरपुर गांव के निवासियों के लिए यह विकास एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम होगा और दिल्ली के अन्य हिस्सों से जुड़ने में मदद करेगा। NSUT कैम्पस, ITI जैसे कई शैक्षिक संस्थान रावता मोड़ पर स्थित हैं और इस विस्तार से हजारों छात्रों और शिक्षण संकाय को अपने कॉलेज तक पहुंचने में मदद मिलेगी । इस विस्तार से राव तुलाराम अस्पताल में आने वाले बड़ी संख्या में मरीजों को बेहतर पहुंच मिलेगी। रावत मोड़ स्थित जाफरपुर पुलिस थाने को भी बेहतर पहुंच का लाभ मिलेगा। मैं इस परियोजना के शीघ्र पूरा होने की आशा करता हूं।
