NEW: North Fort Worth teen caught on Ring camera chasing and shooting dogs with gel bullets
A homeowner in North Fort Worth is asking for help identifying a young teen seen cruelly chasing and shooting two dogs with gel bullets (“Gellets”).
Ring camera footage shows the teen relentlessly firing at the terrified dogs as they try to hide. He is seen getting on his knees to shoot underneath an SUV at one dog trying to take cover.
Gel bullets can be heard striking cars in the driveway and the side of the house.
One dog is cornered between two homes as the teen continues advancing.
Fort Worth PD has been notified and is investigating.

The City of Los Angeles and State of California will UNJUSTLY ENRICH themselves of nearly $5 BILLION on the rebuild of the BURN AREA in STATE and LOCAL TAX on the rebuild itself. They have NOT waved those taxes in any way.
Traci Park has introduced a 1% city state tax deduction. This leaves 8.75% tax. 7.25% state and 1.5% city.
The burn area of Palisades, Altadena, Malibu demands the entire portion of the rebuild tax waved for those who directly lost their home in the fire... due to city and state ineptitude and gross negligence.
It will cost us $50 billion for a rebuild of the burn area. Even 8.75% is over $4.2 BILLION in incremental sales tax paid to the city and state.
HECK NO!
The unjust enrichment is real. I don't want to say it could be a business plan, but my goodness... Burn a city, receive $5 BILLION in incremental tax revenue on the rebuild?!?
ALL OF IT to build back faster and not an economic windfall for the victimizers.
Reduce the rebuild tax to those victims to 0% at the city and state level. We must do this NOW.
15 months in, and 99% of the rebuild is ahead of us.

At this point, California’s business climate isn’t a climate — it’s a natural disaster. And Apple isn’t exactly the first one out the door. The exit line looks like the queue at Disneyland, except everyone’s running away: - Tesla, Oracle, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Chevron, Charles Schwab, Palantir — all gone or going. - Chevron: HQ to Texas, leaving a forwarding address for nostalgia. - Phillips 66: Shutting down its 139 kbpd LA refinery. - Valero: Planning to end refining in Benicia by April 2026. - ExxonMobil & Shell: Sold off 23,000 wells like they were clearing out a garage. - Aera Energy: Still here, but only after being restructured like a mid-season TV show that lost its audience. At this rate, the last one to leave California should turn off the lights — assuming Sacramento hasn’t regulated electricity out of existence by then. Honestly, who needs an Iranian attack when Sacramento and city Democrats are already doing a world‑class job dismantling the state from the inside. Efficiency at last. And what’s Newsom’s response to Apple’s departure? According to reports, he immediately ordered his team to craft a spin strategy. Of course he did. Another episode of “Blame Literally Anyone Else” is already in production.
