Lieutenant Colonel Nishant Kaura (Retd) epitomises entrepreneurial excellence as the founder of Wirehead Infotech, creating vital career pathways for veterans. As a co-founder of the Metamorphes Foundation and faculty at AIMT Noida, he remains a key influencer in mentoring and skilling retirees for their transition into the corporate world. Naik KS Gopalakrishna (Retd) has transformed rural livelihoods in Karnataka through sustainable organic farming and innovative crops like Dragon Fruit. As Director of Vidya Matha Academy, he has mentored over 30,000 students and conducted the district's first Agnipath workshop, leading to the selection of 35 candidates into the Indian Army. Lance Naik R Murugesan (Retd) is a "Veteran Champion" who established the Karur District ESM Association to support over 300 Veterans and Veer Naris. Raksha Mantri Shri @rajnathsingh today launched the 14th edition of Defence India Startup Challenge (DISC-14) and 4th edition of the #ADITI challenges during the National Defence Industries Conclave 2026 in New Delhi. 107 problem statements, including 82 under #DISC-14 and 25 under ADITI, from the Defence Forces, @IndiaCoastGuard and Defence Space Agency were launched to promote breakthrough innovations in various domains. 101 innovation challenges from #DPSUs were also launched by Raksha Mantri to encourage design-led innovation by #MSMEs and start-ups. These challenges are funded by DPSUs, which will also provide mentorship, testing facilities and opportunities for potential integration into their supply chains to the winning startups.

OP DIGGI 2, Uri Based on a specific intelligence input provided by #JKP regarding an infiltration attempt, a joint operation was launched on intervening night of 14-15 Mar 26 in Gen area Buchhar, Uri sector. Alert troops spotted suspicious movement of a terrorist in the thicket. The ambush was readjusted and the terrorist was challenged resulting in terrorist opening indiscriminate fire. In the Contact a Pak terrorist was eliminated. Warlike stores including an AK rifle, pistols and large quantity of ammunition have been recovered.
