@satyamohanty47 @RourkelaMC @bmcbbsr No. People in Bbsr are eligible as they have taken Covaxin. People who have taken Covishield are not till August. The decision about second dose for them can only be taken at that time after analysing aspects like availability of vaccines, Covid situation etc

@AdmRourkela @RourkelaMC I think it’s an independent decision taken by @bmcbbsr to prioritise second dose vaccination to 18-44 age group. Even people who got vaccination in May are eligible now, which should ideally be Aug. You will be a better judge, but seems like a well thought through approach.
