Maybe not for many, but for me, what happened today is a small step forward for the ecosystem. I am extremely bullish on Solana because we are going through the strongest inflection point in its history. The network is mutating, and hundreds of different projects are emerging. I am also excited because I know what it means to be a founder and to go through constant doubt. Lately, I have felt quite alone, but regardless of the outcome, your teammates (who are also my friends) always show up and give me that small ray of light that helps me keep going despite everything we go through. What happened today with the launch of the RECC ETF is a step forward for the ecosystem because it represents a different approach to real estate. It is the direction we have been fully and absolutely convinced of since we started in July 2025. Our direction and mission are clear: to connect DeFi with the real world. It is as simple and as difficult as that. To achieve this, we have gone through hundreds of technical obstacles that forced us to give 110%. And today, it is real. The first property has completed its fundraise using funds from the ETF. It is a rental property that will inject monthly yields into the vault. The next projects are very ambitious for the Solana ecosystem, including a vineyard in California and a nautical club. Thanks to the ETF, we solve several key problems in RWA deal flow, which is the main scalability issue, and in user research before investing, which is the second major problem. All of this while receiving daily yields. As I have said before, the most genuine way to grow the ecosystem is by bringing liquidity from the real world, and this is exactly how we do it by bringing real estate yields to Solana. The ETF price moved from 1.0000 to 1.0019 following the first yield injection. This marks the first realized price increase driven by real estate cash flows. As additional properties are added, the ETF aggregates more yield sources, which increases its capacity to generate daily accrual. So the growth in the price of RETF has become a reality, and we are ready to begin a path of delivering high APY in a market environment where yields are trending downward. The operation is now closed and proceeds are being settled back to the original depositors. This represents the fourth property fundraised through RECC, with each cycle executing faster as traction grows and processes mature. All holders will be able to claim their yields by the end of the month. This is Real Estate on-chain.
