Hi so just spent mu 1 hour 30 minutes on @Swiggy to get my order delivered ended up with worst experience, the agent refused to refund money for delayed order with no estimated delivery timelines and when asked for supervisor she took 30 minutes to transfer only to hang up on me

So tired of @amazonIN they did not delivered my product and refused the refund as well. Poor customer service all the agents are good for nothing. Also the investigation reports are Not shared with customer.
