@KaymakAlexander @MartinSLewis I got similar call from HMRC and got to the next stage when he needed to do some security checks. I said fine, he said Date of birth. I said if he gave my date of birth I could verify if it was right! He hung up.

Just got a scam automated call from 'HMRC' on my mobile. Electronic voice with US accent telling me I hadn't replied to a letter and legal action was being started... "press 1 to urgently speak to an agent". Decided to play along and see what happened. Pressed 1, man answered saying HMRC, I said "Hello can you tell me which HMRC office you are part of please." That was enough. He rang off. No fun at all!

@O2 Yes just calls that don’t work, Support said to connect manually and it does get signal from T-Mobile but doesn’t connect to AT&T It is an iPhone XR. Worked fine in other countries just not USA

@michaeleball @crystalski @Igluski Best of luck with that! Once we got back they only want you to communicate by email with aftertravel. We have been trying for over 2 weeks now and not even had an acknowledgement, so looking at small claims options unless we hear soon.

Going to hold off on the long thread/post about @crystalski and @Igluski until after I have managed to speak to them. Think it makes sense to chat first as there may be some reasons for how much they messed up this trip. Not likely, but got to see first.

@crystalski Been trying to contact after travel dept. by email since January to process a claim for the loss of our skis on the Crystal coach transfer from Innsbruck to Arabba and subsequent ski hire, not even had an acknowledgement. Is the only option to initiate a court claim?
