@bmj_latest There's not enough training places for the current FY2 doctors who are being screwed over left right and centre. I repeatedly flag their dilemma. My daughter narrowly missed out on an ST1 interview and is now also getting rejections for CTF posts too despite being well qualified

@bmj_latest My son & his girlfriend went to Australia after F2. There are no training posts for them here. They are both hard working excellent candidates but the training posts are hopelessly oversubscribed!! Even worse with more med school places!!

Husband phoned Drs as he has a chest infection. Receptionist said to go to local pharmacy as they can give him antibiotics. Goes to Tesco Pharmacy & told they aren’t allowed to give out antibiotics & needs to see the Dr. Do these people actually know what they are doing 🙀

@jk_rowling I couldn’t care less! My husband & I with our 6 children, have read every HP book multiple times, watched the films many times & the audio books were the backdrop of all our car jouneys for over a decade. Don’t give a toss!

@Calamity_clr @jk_rowling PA’s do not call themselves Drs. The Drs have largely retired early or gone abroad to work where conditions are better. You reap what you sow.

@jk_rowling Most of us are currently being assessed by ‘Practitioners with 2 years training’ that call themselves Doctors Apparently 50% of the 5 year qualified real doctors are foreigners They aren’t in our GP surgeries practicing as they should be so … Where have they gone ?
