The agency owners who fix their AI tech stack in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is every tool markets itself with the same words.. Agents Copilots. Memory. Automation Read about three and you can't tell which one to pick. So my team built a 105-page field manual that does the categorization for you. Inside: — The 8 software roles every modern agency stack collapses into (brand names change, roles don't) — The 5-question decision model that ends every "which tool should we buy" debate in under a minute — Specific picks by revenue band — what to run at $1M, $5M, $10M, and $20M+ — A task-to-tool matrix across marketing, sales, ops, fulfillment, reporting, and exec — 6 setup quickstarts including the $400/mo warehouse you can stand up in a weekend Comment STACK and I'll send it.

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

A two-person GTM team at a Series B SaaS company closed $2.4M in pipeline in one quarter. No SDRs. No demand gen agency. No paid ads. Signal-based outreach. Intent scoring. AI-sequenced follow-up. Automated reporting. Two GTM engineers running the whole motion - for one quarter. I pulled it apart. Compared it to every system we've built across the GTM teams we've worked with. Then asked myself one question: If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch - what would it actually look like? Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated. I mapped the whole thing into a step-by-step playbook you can upload directly to any LLM. It walks you through building your own version from GTM strategy to fully AI-powered execution. Comment "GTM" and I'll send it over.

I built an @openclaw agent that ranks you on Google for $50/month 😱 here’s the system that runs every week on autopilot: step 1: find your strike zone → connects to Google search console + @dataforseo → finds keywords where you're positions 5–20. one good article can push to page 1 → monitors what’s climbing and dropping weekly → feeds winners back in. every cycle is smarter than the last step 2: write content only you could write → interviews you first. 8 questions about your brand, voice, and experience → follow-up interviews every week. “what are customers asking? what shipped?” → content compounds because context compounds → google AI overview can’t summarize your real experience step 3: build backlinks automatically → mines competitor backlinks → finds sites mentioning you without linking → discovers broken links you can replace with yours → last week it found 23 unlinked brand mentions across 4 competitor sites step 4: catch technical problems before rankings drop → core web vitals, bad links, redirect chains, missing meta → flags before Google step 5: future‑proof your SEO → schema, llms.txt, topical authority mapping → the stuff agencies charge $3K+ to audit once input: your site + your niche output: an AI that discovers, writes, builds links, and tracks your rankings the old way: semrush + ahrefs + surfer + seo writers = $5,500/mo this way: @DataForSEO ($50/mo) + everything else free 5 skills. 14 scripts. gets better every cycle. open sourcing the whole system. comment RANK + like + follow (must follow so I can DM)

I built the ultimate GTM Engineer AI Toolkit that handles prospect research, outreach writing, meeting prep, and more in minutes. This is a beginner-friendly walkthrough that shows you exactly how to set it up, use it at work, and personalize it to your business. It can: - Research real prospects and companies - Score accounts against your ICP - Write personalized cold outreach sequences - Generate meeting prep briefs before calls - Help you build a repeatable prospecting pipeline - All using a free toolkit + Claude Code / Codex. This is for SDRs, founders, marketers, and GTM operators who want to use AI to do more at work without buying another expensive tool. I break down the full workflow step by step in the video. 👇 Comment "GTM GUIDE" and I’ll send you the full toolkit. (make sure you're following me so I can DM you)

Last month something terrible happened. I posted a video showing exactly how I make $35k/month from Facebook and Facebook banned me the next day. All that income went to $0 overnight. So I turned lemons into lemonade. The greatest asset in the world is your own email list. With 1 send this morning I made over $21,838 at 96% margins. 4 hours later and about $2k/hour is still rolling in. Not to mention, 10% of all gross revenues will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation - so everyone is winning today. So let's actually call it 86% net margins. All for a link to one of my Google Drive folders that includes hours of extremely tactical content about how I go viral. Stuff I have never and will never publish. What's sad is that statistically speaking, most people will never look in the folder for more than a few minutes and their $97 will be wasted. For the people who DO actually consume the content and implement what they learn, it could and should change their lives. The internet is undefeated.

If you have children, read this. Your child’s genetics already tell you what their body can convert… and what it struggles with. That information doesn’t change. Most parents wait until symptoms show up. By then, you’re reacting instead of building. A simple methylation test gives you the blueprint early, so you can support their biology intelligently from the start.

I just finished writing a book that's been brewing in me for years. As a parent, I've watched successful families (including my own) wrestle with a question nobody talks about openly: Will our success make our kids weaker? The data says yes, usually. The pattern of "shirtsleeves to shirtsleeves in three generations" exists for a reason. But it doesn't have to be that way. Human Capital: How to Raise Builders, Not Beneficiaries is the playbook for breaking that cycle. For raising kids who create more than they consume. For turning abundance into fuel instead of a sedative. Coming later this year. (This is a draft cover design we're not going to use… final one is in progress.)

Open claw is still overrated. Here's my hot take: Everyone asks around how do you use it - why? Cause no one has a use case they find invaluable besides making dashboards or trying to arbitrage Polymarket. Maintenance - I spend 80% of my time just keeping it online, remembering or fixing things. It forgets time and time again. Also sucks up all computer resources regularly. All the posts about SEO optimization, how they have 15 AI employees, etc. Are from people not making money. Token costs > Executive Assistant cost ($50 / hour). Turns out using better models and running tasks around the clock costs money. And trying to debug or explain things takes way longer than sending to my assistant (for now). It hurt my X account. When I had it run my X and then check my X for stats - I got throttled since it looks like a bot (cause it IS a bot!) - didnt realize it for a week. Every-single-person who's bragging about OpenClaw is mostly lying. When you ask them how it's really going it isn't as they seem. Is it awesome and hugely potential, yes. Still someways to go...
