@Ambriel22

At 24, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I felt like my body betrayed me. It took years before I accepted that it was really me, betraying my own body.

(1/2 post) Dr. August Dunning's channel about Dry Fasting was recommended to me and when I first heard it, I thought…the benefits sound great- almost too good to be true, but that no one can live that long without ingesting water, so I put it on the back shelf of my mind because it sounded nuts. I revisited it some months later, at which point my right hand was well and infuriatingly half-numb and I could not feel cold or hot, soft or rough textures. I could still write, thankfully. But I was miserable. I was watching the first & second earliest videos on the channel when he mentioned, you're not supposed to be able to heal neurological tissue, and yet after his trial run of testing a dry fast, on day 3, he got his sense of smell back (something that he'd gone years and years without, as a consequence of working with harsh components/solvents). When he mentioned healing neurological damage, I was determined to try it. I wanted my hand back. I was really depressed and desperate. I watched more videos and took notes. I loaded up on electrolytes the day before my first attempt. I decided to try for two days. I thought that was reasonable. Day One: Annoying. Still felt hunger pangs, body was telling me to feed it. Pushed through. Day Two: Hunger pangs gone, really. Easier. Kept busy and didn't allow myself to think about food or drinks. Soaked in tub with Epsom salt for an hour. Day Three rolls around and I'm super happy that I reached my goal but I thought, hey, I still feel fine? Think I'll keep going. Why not. Did another tub soak. Day Four: My mom thinks I'm crazy. My husband is worried. I still feel fine and am absolutely amazed. This is day four of drinking no water and I'm still here, feeling fine. I said I think I can go even longer. Did another bath hour soak. Day Five: (this is the day I end my first DFast attempt) I more than doubled my goal, I was starting to feel really bored with dry fasting. I missed flavors. The past five days, I slept better than I had in years; deep refreshing sleep like I hadn't experienced since I was a kid. I was soaking in the tub, in magnesium flakes, longer than I had the other days and I decided to end my fast. Loaded back up on electrolytes, drank a vitamin/mineral drink (Tangy Tangerine supplement mixed with Topo Chico sparkling water) and ate some salmon and steamed broccoli. Man, that first drink and bit of food after the fast is the best I ever tasted 😅 Such flavor, almost overpowering flavor. My nose was like a super power during, and well after my fast. I could smell everything and I remember thinking, is this how dogs feel all the time? Haha. Strong nose was great…and also awful. The city air was gross, walking past bathrooms was gross, and taking my kid to a kids bouncy place nearly did me in (smell-wise). About two days after I exited the fast, I picked up a drink and it felt COLD. My right hand was registering that something was cold. I held ice cubes with it, smiling the biggest dumb smile and feeling absolutely ecstatic over it. I could feel cozy blankets and my dog's soft ears again when I pet her. I wanted to go to every MS page I belonged to and shout from the rooftops at what I'd done, and what it did for me and what it might do for others who were feeling as miserable with their symptoms as I did. I was practically buzzing and just needed to tell people. But it's hard to get someone to even think about this, because like me at the beginning, you hear the no water for 3 days and your brain balks because it's been told its whole life, and conditioned its whole life, to think that what I did is impossible. Well, it's definitely not, seeing as I would've keeled over at least 20 times by now. 😉 Anyway, I know this was a long post but that is my true accounting of my first Dry Fast. I am now optimistic about the future like I haven't really been, since my diagnosis over a decade ago.

I've been leaning heavily on raceposting lately. This is not at all unrelated to my TikTok-girl, dating-explanation videos. My central focus is [explaining male and female psychology]. I started by explaining women to men so they can know how to treat women. I then started explaining men to women, and each sex to itself. SWORDPILLED is my best video on this - The different motivations and behaviors of men and women in the sexual market. I am now (desperately) trying to explain women's morality to men so they can see how it creates our political situation. BABY TALK and TOO COMFORTABLE are my recent steps in this direction. To summarize: Technology has helped bad actors target female emotions to brainwash White women into voting for global Rhodesia. That's when all the brown people outnumber the white people, take over the government, rob us and kill us, and no one ever does anything about it. The way it works is: 1. they show women emotional content 2. the women want to "save the babies" (dangerous 3rd world criminals) 3. weak men go along with women and say "you're so right!" to get sexual access 4. we get overrun. This is a psychological operation (watch my video PSYOPS). This is not an issue of being overpowered or a natural procession of events. It takes place in the emotional landscape, and it can be fixed in the emotional landscape. By being more of a man. I have also begun to explain the emotional landscape of different types of people. White people from white countries have a very hard time understanding 3rd world mentality. White people wait in line. 3rd worlders think you're "stupid" for this, because there's nothing stopping you from pushing everyone out of the way to be first. This is what "smart" means to them. I'll explain this in upcoming LEVELS videos. The most important thing happening in the world right now is the decrease of consciousness from the 4th to the 3rd level. The 4th level is the "do the right thing" level. Like how, in Japan, you can drop your wallet in Tokyo and someone will find a way to return it to you. The 3rd level is the "me first" level. Like how in bad neighborhoods, you can get robbed at gunpoint. (The levels are chaotic like that. They don't just get "nicer" as you go up. Level 1 is mean, 2 nice (if you're familiar), 3 mean, 4 nice as long as you're on the nice-guy team, 5 neutral, 6 way too nice to everyone, 7 is grown-up nice, which feels mean to lower levels (especially 6), and 8 is beyond mean and nice.) Everyone can see we're sliding back from a world that was level 4 average to level 3. In the West, we were level 5 average and started going into 6 in the 60s. We're going back to 3 now, too. That's gonna be ugly. Imagine if every single part of life was like that 3rd world mindset, "just cut the line, me first!" I don't really know what there is left to do in life if you're not trying to stop this. People are still taking vacations and reading books and going out to dinner while "level 3" people flood into our countries by the millions and take over the government. Do you have any fucking clue what's going to happen to you when they have all the power? When you get Rhodesia'd, they do the worst things you can imagine. They blame you for all their problems. They get told "White people did a racism on you," and they want revenge. Like what are some of you doing right now? Going to school? Writing music? Starting a family? Do you think that's gonna mean anything in Rhodesia? It's not far off. They key to all of it, the whole thing, is White women's emotions. If no one had ever manipulated them, we would never have gotten here. You have to stop agreeing with hysterical women, get stronger as a man, be a leader, and change the culture. There are no other safe ways out of this trajectory.

@JakeMunro But I also feel like the majority of women today are not demonstrating the same sanity I seem to possess. Good society structures are crumbling. I've convinced my family to sell most of our shit to leave the city and go to a rural quiet farm. We'll see how that goes.

@JakeMunro I feel 0 need to slut out. I don't have anyone exercising control over me to prevent "hoe-phasing", I simply care & respect my partner & I also respect myself and the life we're building together. I have no desire to torpedo my beautiful family to smithereens for some "strange".

That’s absolutely ridiculous. I hope this is a joke. Regardless of how “strong” someone is, we ALL have to warm up especially if NOT a compound movement where lower weight is NECESSARY! What about isolation exercises? All this is is the shortcut to getting someone hurt. DO BETTER.

I'm sad about what's happening to my country (and every white country) but I'm even more sad at how many of us deserve it. America is a land of sin, and every day I see people not understanding what they bring on themselves. Jordan Peterson once said something... I can't remember it word for word but I'll paraphrase: "you can't break the truth. You can bend it, but the harder you bend it, the harder it snaps back at you." Think about how far we have bent the truth about race, sex, economics, morals. Even new houses are not built to last, but they cost as much as the ones that were. That kind of dishonesty adds up over time, and it bunches together like water in the sky becomes a cloud, and it gets so big that the storm eventually ruins you and everyone you depend on.
