They say a story is just words. For me, this is my heartbeat. I have poured my entire journey onto this page; life has come into a full circle. The dedication and the firm conviction of faith and service that carried me from a laptop all the way to the National Assembly (NA). This isn't just an article; it is the most honest depiction of who I am ✨. tribune.com.pk/story/2577833/…

NA Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq chaired a meeting regarding the digitalization of parliamentary affairs and the introduction of an AI-enabled working environment at Parliament House, Islamabad, on Wednesday Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan, Capt (R) Abdul Khaliq Khan Achakzai, MNAs Mr. Gul Asghar Khan, Syed Amin-ul-Haq, Ms. Shaista Pervaiz, Syeda Amnah Batool, senior officers of the National Assembly Secretariat, representatives from the IT Department of the National Assembly, and officials from NITB were also present in the meeting. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on transforming parliamentary operations into a modern, efficient, and paperless system through the use of advanced digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Addressing the participants, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq emphasized that digitalization of parliamentary procedures is the need of the hour and a key step toward improving institutional efficiency, transparency, and governance. He stated that the transition towards a paperless Parliament would not only enhance the efficiency of parliamentary business but would also significantly reduce expenditure from the national exchequer by minimizing paper usage and administrative costs. NA Speaker informed the meeting that iPads had already been provided to all Members of the National Assembly to facilitate digital access to parliamentary business, legislative documents, agendas, notices, and other official records. He further stated that, in the near future, the entire business of the House would be conducted through digital devices, enabling members to access all parliamentary proceedings and documents electronically. During the briefing, representatives of NITB and the IT Department informed the Speaker that indigenous AI-enabled applications and digital programs had been developed to streamline parliamentary functions and improve operational efficiency within the National Assembly Secretariat. They highlighted that these locally developed technological solutions would assist in digitized documentation, smart data management, automated processes, and enhanced coordination among parliamentary departments. Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq appreciated the efforts of the IT teams and NITB officials for developing indigenous technological solutions and directed the concerned departments to accelerate the implementation process to ensure timely transition toward a fully digital and AI-enabled Parliament. He reiterated his commitment to modernizing parliamentary operations through innovation and technology so that the National Assembly may emerge as a progressive, efficient, and environmentally sustainable democratic institution. @AyazSadiq122 @PaBalochistan @shaistapervaiz @AmnahBatool7 @SecretariatSDGs @NA_Committees

Huge honor to be on the front lines of Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Laptop Scheme distribution at UET Taxila. Representing my leadership in such a transformative initiative is a moment of immense pride. Seeing the government's vision actually reach students is a top-tier feeling, so grateful to represent and see the vision come to life. This isn’t just about hardware; it’s about the vision of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s government to bridge the digital divide. This device is more than just merely a laptop; it’s a whole ecosystem of opportunity for the family. So grateful to play a part in the vision to make Pakistan’s youth globally competitive. Our youth is not just chasing degrees; they are tech-stacking for the future. #LaptopScheme

For many, the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme is the first step toward financial independence. It turns classrooms into hubs of innovation and households into micro-enterprises. When we empower one student with digital tools, we give an entire family a ladder out of underprivileged circumstances. This Laptop Scheme is about more than technology it’s about dignity, access, and equality. At Prime Minister’s Youth Programme; we are bridging the digital divide to ensure that talent, not bank balances, determines a young person's future. #LaptopScheme #Laptop #ShehbazSharif #Pakistan

When the world’s energy veins were constricted and nuclear shadows loomed, Islamabad didn't just watch history; it dictated it. Through the iron synergy of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s diplomatic vision and Field Marshal Asim Munir’s strategic resolve, Pakistan has transitioned from a regional player to a global necessity. This is the birth of a new geopolitical reality that will be studied for centuries! Pakistan Zindaabad 🇵🇰 #Islamabad #IslamabadTalks #Iran #US #Peace nation.com.pk/21-Apr-2026/pa…

On my personal behalf and on behalf of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, I sincerely thank President Trump for graciously accepting our request to extend the ceasefire to allow ongoing diplomatic efforts to take their course. With the trust and confidence reposed in, Pakistan shall continue its earnest efforts for negotiated settlement of conflict. I sincerely hope that both sides will continue to observe the ceasefire and be able to conclude a comprehensive ‘Peace Deal’ during the second round of talks scheduled at Islamabad for a permanent end to the conflict. @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @SecRubio @SteveWitkoff @SEPeaceMissions @drpezeshkian @mb_ghalibaf @araghchi

The situation as it stands at 1930 PST 1. Formal response from Iranian side about confirmation of delegation to attend Islamabad Peace Talks is still awaited. 2. Pakistan as the mediator is in constant touch with Iranians and pursuing the path of diplomacy and dialogue. 3. Ceasefire ends at 4:50 am PST, 22 April. Decision from Iran to attend the talks before the end of two weeks ceasefire is critical. 4. Pakistan has made sincere efforts to convince the Iranian leadership to participate in the second round of talks and these efforts continue.

@FootballPak, first of all I’d really like to appreciate your thorough engagement towards the development of Football in Pakistan! The encouragement & critique are indeed vital for progress. While the PFF holds primary responsibility for fixtures and development via FIFA funding, the government’s role is to facilitate diplomatic and logistical hurdles. Our priority is transitioning from reactive scheduling to a sustained international calendar & InshaAllah more will come for our people in future. Pakistan Zindaabad!

Question remains, what next for the Women's National Teams (senior/junior). The WNT will be missing out on SAFF Championship in India, is the government willing to fund alternative fixtures for them during the same FIFA window? Something you can pitch to the govt @AmnahBatool7 🤔

A proud moment for Pakistan Football and for all of us who believed this day would come. On April 9, our women’s team made history by competing in a FIFA event for the very first time, winning their opening match 8-0, the highest ever score in our women’s football history, and claiming a well-deserved third place. As a @FIFAcom Committee Member, I congratulate PFF President Mohsen Gilani for fulfilling his promise to take Pakistan Football to unprecedented heights. Pakistan has arrived on the world stage. This is just the beginning. This triumph stands as a testament to the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and its commitment to empowering the next generation of Pakistani champions. #PakistanFootball #HistoryMade #PFF #FIFAEvent #WomensFootball
