🚨¿Qué le pasó realmente al auto de Max Verstappen en Nürburgring? En las últimas 3 horas de carrera, Max le pasó el Mercedes GT3 a Dani Juncadella. A las pocas vueltas empezó el problema: En el tablero se encendió una alarma de ABS. Dani sintió un ruido fuerte en la parte trasera derecha y el auto empezó a vibrar. Pensaron que era algo eléctrico y resetearon la alarma, pero el problema seguía. Cuando entró a boxes, abrieron la rueda trasera derecha y encontraron que el driveshaft (eje de transmisión) se había partido. Esa pieza es la que lleva toda la potencia desde la caja de cambios hasta la rueda trasera derecha. Al romperse, destruyó también el rulemán, el porta-rueda y otros componentes del tren trasero completo. Tuvieron que cambiar todo el eje trasero derecho, lo que les tomó casi una hora. Ahí se les escapó la victoria. Era una pieza nueva, no hubo golpe ni abuso de bordillos.
