@RaoulGMI All marketing buzzwords. No legitimate analysis, token count does not equate with judgement. AI is great for summarizing large volumes of information, pointing out key assumptions, playing devils advocate with your own thesis. Problems emerge when you ask it to use judgement.

We're about to see a Cambrian explosion of new participants in financial markets and across the entire digital economy. That tells me every TAM in everything digital on this planet is wrong… We built every benchmark on human activity... how fast Facebook scaled, how fast OpenAI scaled, human eyes, human clicks, human speed. That's been the yardstick. And it's about to be useless. The new participants aren't human. They replicate at speed, communicate at speed, and don't even read the same websites we do. They don't need to. So it compounds faster and faster and faster, at a speed we can't see. We're about to lose the ability to measure anything at all.

@capitalistexp He is one of those types you have to still be in awe of like how can you be so wrong at the worst times so consistently and still have the cajones to get in front of people and prosletyze like a finance guru. Just incredible.

@capitalistexp Yeah running the Reagan playbook and deficit financed spending on military in the midst of our reserve currency status falling under increased scrutiny seems ill advised...

@adamtaggart Possible rush for USD to settle CL1 in usd, but equally possible that the market is over reacting to Waller comments on hikes.

The beatings continue for the precious metals, largely administered by rising oil prices It looked like we were through the worst of it....and then the shooting w/Iran resumed I still expect gold & silver to have a solid 2nd half of 2026, unless... 1. oil prices get back to $90+/barrel and stay there and/or 2. the AI sector corrects. That will likely bring everything down with it, including PMs (at least, until the margin calls stop)

A North African criminal wreaked havoc and attempted to rob a supermarket in Jesolo, but was ultimately subdued and beaten by employees and Italian patriots. Italians are not joking around anymore.

I hate high taxes, but why anyone would die on the hill defending the U.S. healthcare system is beyond my understanding. You can't find a system anywhere on Earth that delivers worse value for money. Incredibly expensive. Mediocre outcome.

It always makes me laugh when naive US leftists talk about "free healthcare" in Denmark. You pay a 60% top income tax rate and then 25% VAT when you want to buy anything. You can barely afford anything and then wait four months for a specialist appointment. Nothing is free.

@JamesTate121 It's available in an audiobook as well. Young people need to study history and learn from people who had to live through these lies and false promises so we don't have to repeat.

@JamesTate121 Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn actually lived through the Bolshevik Revolution. Entered under the auspices of solidarity and peace after claiming power, it became a horribly oppressive, dictatorial regime. That's why books like Gulag Archipelago and Animal Farm are written.

For the MAGA imbeciles. No. Socialism is not the same as communism. Communism is when the government sets the rules. Socialism is when the workers set the rules. Capitalism is when the bosses and the billionaires set the rules. ~Via JD Steele

@BitcoinSapiens hmmm, nope... I would advise against listening to old schiff-ty. First clue is some boomer with top buttons undone on shirt who looks like he goes to the same tanning salon as Christine Lagarde.

Peter Schiff: "The gain in the Stock Market is inflation, not real value" When the dollar loses its value, everything appears to rise in price. It's an illusion. 99% of people are being quietly robbed.

@LanceRoberts @ISABELNET_SA Or sentiment follows price? IOWs price up allocate more? Using z scores and distance of current price vs. 200 MVA helps create a more mean reverting series. Unless we can then identify reversals from extremes...

Unsurprisingly, the more people invest into the market, the higher the valuations are. Unfortunately, this is a coincident indicator and only useful for hindsight when "fortunes turn" and saying "Yep, that was clearly a problem." h/t @ISABELNET_SA

@nsquaredvalue So relative to most cycles we are likely at trough, sans 2022, where the Fed was actively tightening that casued credit spread widening and USD up. So as long as there is no firm failure (2012) or policy mistake weight of evidence in bulls favor?

Diversification is dead. I know that goes against everything you've been taught, but hear me out. Global governments and central banks are increasing liquidity to manage debt at 8% a year. That's the hidden devaluation of fiat currency you don't see. Add inflation on top and you've got an 11% hurdle rate. If your investments aren't hitting 11%, you are getting poorer.

@LawrenceLepard Change the risk score of UST, and sell Ust holdings to banks and other institutions and it absolutely shrinks the balance sheet and encourages (mzm m1 and m2 growth) assuming there is demand for credit. But the Fed is not in control of credit demand.

@LawrenceLepard Fed can target base money and then banks affect m2 changes through fractional reserve lending. QE is an asset swap that disincentivizes bank lending aa treasuries carry a higher risk weighting in capitalization ratios. Not the same program.
