I have a concern with John Tavares. Hear me out... He's never won a Stanley Cup. Staying with the Leafs means he probably never will - especially at this point. Does he care about winning a Cup? If so, he'd be a good asset for a contender. If not, well, that's troubling.

@feedthefish79 He’s got too much ground to make up to save his job, he’s dumping mostly all the guys he brought in. My feeling is he’s also asking high, couple that with the fact that a lot of players don’t want to play in Toronto = hard to get sensible deals done.

Less than two hours to go and Treliving needs to make 3+ trades. I have a feeling Treliving paralyses himself by having too much on the go.
